Services
All County Rental Center has been in the rental business for over 40 years. We are a full-service rental company providing high-quality rentals and sales to the homeowner, contractor, event coordinator or anyone just needing equipment on a temporary basis. At All County Rental Center, we pride ourselves in our expert advice and attentive customer service.
Rentals picked up on Saturday at any time are due back by 5:00 pm and incur a 1-day rental charge. Equipment picked up between 4:00 and 5:00 pm Saturday is due back between 7:30 - 8:30 am Monday for a 1-day charge. All County Rental Center accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and local checks for payment of rentals.

This was laughably the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. The older gentleman (assuming the owner) obviously loathes his own existence. It’s not your customers fault that this is your life. You obviously don’t care, but you shouldn’t take your dissatisfaction out on people trying to do business locally - very easily could have gone to Home Depot. After this experience, I went down the road to Pioneer Rentals in Florham Park instead. Great experience there and they were cheaper. All County needs to throw in the towel and call it a career, I can’t overstate

I cannot give enough of a poor review for All County Rental. I rented a power washer today and one of the owners took time to explain its use to me, a novice. I also called while home for some help. When I returned the item after use, I had trouble winding up the thick hoses and asked for help. One of the brother owners threw the hoses out of my car and said "You've got to be kidding me; I have to tell you how to wrap a hose?! Unbelievable. We had to hold your hand the whole time and now you bring the item back like this. "

Went in looking for a chainsaw. Between 200-500 dollars. 2 people worked with me and we're super nice and knowledgeable about their inventory and products. I walked out buying $300 worth of chainsaw and accessories. They even filled up the tank with gas and bar oil. These guys are awesome and I would highly recommend them.

I am the program chairman for a local car club. We hold regular meetings and always need chairs for our members. The former chairman suggested that I use these folks for chair rentals because they have quality seating, a simple rental process and fair prices. We use these folks whenever we need chairs for events. Their prices are good. The chairs come packed 8 to a canvas bag (easy to load). And they load and unload the truck for us.
The showroom is centrally located in Morristown so getting there from 287 or 24 is simple. Parking is free and directly behind the entrance. That makes it especially easy to do business in hard-to-park Mo'town.
The seem to rent just about anything but I'm reporting on the folding chairs. They are excellent.

We rented about 10 chairs from them for an event, at a reasonable price (in my opinion). They were friendly, helpful and considerate and never once mentioned that our business was of no consequence to them. They also did not charge for extra time when we had a delay getting the chairs back by end of day. Everyone was professional and courteous, from the guys at the counter to the guys in the back helping load and unload. It was a very positive experience all the way around. I will use them again when needed, and look forward to it.

I called to rent tables and chairs for a party I was having this weekend at my house and placed my order. As soon as I called back to alter my order minutes later, Tom told me that my order was too small to bother him with and he's SOOOO busy that he's doing me a favor taking my money, not to mention he was charging me a massive delivery fee, over $100, for 10 minutes away. I would not recommend giving 1 cent to a business that doesn't value their customers and says they are bothering them by using their services.

Worst customer service ever! I'm a contractor and as such would have been a return customer for years to come but the two older guys that run the place are rude and dismissive. I thought it could have been a fluke and returned another time to rent another piece of equipment and the service was even worse. I would not recommend going there because they're overpriced and you can get the same things at home depot for cheaper and better customer service.

We rented some chairs from them and they were a bit costly....they wanted an egregious amount of money for shipping. What was most disheartening was the business doesn't offer military discounts. As a veteran I am constantly doing odd jobs and use rental companies a lot. Others give discounts and I appreciate that . Other than that the chairs were nice .

The worst experience ever. I spoke with Tom for consulting and estimate and he wasn't helpful at all he was very unfriendly. This is my second time to call and they definately don't care about their customer and they don't want to do any business. I usually don't write a review but I'm very upset and I don't want other people to get offended by them. Also their contact form on the website doesn't work and when I ask to send estimate to my email they said they don't have an email address!!! I honestly don't want to give any stars if I can. These guys rent every construction tool, machine tool and garden tool under the sun, and are complete party outfitters with tables, tents and china. They also sell and service small-gas engine equipment from Honda (generators), John Deere (riding mowers) and Stihl (chainsaws).
The back room here is like the best guy's tool chest ever :). Need to rent an air compressor, a plumber's snake, an arc welder or a lawn dethatcher? Come pick it up. Need an enormous brush chipper? They got it, bring your truck because they don't deliver.

I was really pleased with the service from this place. I placed a rather small order for rental furniture for a party at my home. I wasn't going to be home to receive it or for pick up, but to my surprise the nice man on the phone suggested using my back patio. They took my credit card info over the phone, dropped the furniture off as picked it up. Not having to take off work was a great relief and I was really satisfied with the reliable service. I would absolutely use them again.
