Nice place. Very clean. 2 pools. Outside showers. Free dvd rental. Workout area with sauna and cleaner provided. Trashbags, 2 tp per person, dish soap, 2 dishwasher soap, handsoap, 1 laundry soap. Plenty of towels, washrags, dish rags and dish towels. Laundry center in our condo. Beach access with 1 umbrella and 2 chairs complimentary. Only complaint: no smoking on premises, even parking lot. 2 small areas at each end for smoking.

The room itself was nice and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We stayed for a week and we did have to wash our bath towels every day because they only give you one set. We also only got one trash bag and when we asked for more we were told they only supply one so we had to go and buy some for the room. My main issue was the beach umbrella and chairs that come with every room. These are set up on the beach every morning, the front row was always reserved for other rooms that are vacationing together so we were never able to get front row because there was only 3 of us, plus half the time the

An Awesome Condo 610W it was perfect for our family. Two bedrooms two baths huge living area. Good size kitchen and dining table. Two chairs come with the condo and the beach is worth it. You can rent extra chairs if needed The living area had a couch and love seat with a tv. Behind that area was another couch and love seat for ppl that don't want to watch TV and get more on tablets. For 6 of us it was perfect. The pòol area was relaxing and fun to hang out with the family. The Breakers is close to tons of restaurants and bars

I was very disappointed in our condo. The sheets were very thin and beaded. The mattress was lumpy and too well used.
The kitchen was not properly stocked: no basic salt and pepper. No colander to drain noodles, only one small pot, several larger size pots. The decor was old
‘70s with no beach theme at all. Very drab. The owner ought not be able to charge top price for W408. I truly believe we are due partial refund.

The good: room was clean, condo has the largest beach front span with fewer rooms than other big places, so you’re not stacked up multiple rows deep on the beach front. Bed wasn’t great but we slept well enough.

The bad: kitchen appliances were old and cheap. Coffee maker kept failing. Electric elements on stove were crooked and the pans leaned. Couches and chairs were very uncomfortable and made “relax and chill” impossible.

We loved our stay at The Breakers! Room C203 was perfect! We had everything we needed and more! The condo was clean and updated. We had a balcony & beach view so that was awesome! The condo is not too close to the pools so not a lot of noise which is one of the reason we chose it. The AC works great, you stay nice and cool. We loved staying there and will be back and will want the same room! The Breakers was nice, plenty of parking, plenty of beach chairs and the private beach access behind the condos was perfect. Loved everything about the stay! Thanks!!

312-W felt just like home. It was very clean and we had everything we needed…the view was amazing! Being able to see the ocean the whole time was just wonderful. The unit is beautifully decorated and kept in impeccable condition. Water pressure amazing and beds super comfy. We all slept great and had an unforgettable stay.
