Founder Joe Avila and his wife opened up the shop in Morgan Hill, California in 1990 and quickly built a large and loyal customer base.
Their kids grew up working at the shop during summer breaks from school. Following Joe's retirement in 2017, his daughter Debbie and her husband Doug Stewart have committed to keeping the business "all in the family." They continue to provide the same friendly service that customers have counted on for decades-as well as the latest in sign making technology.

This Post Stop has been a favorite of mine for years! Recently the owners son-in-law has taken over the business and what a fantastic job he has done with the transition! The place has had a face lift and he has expanded the sign side of the business to do all kinds of personalized graphic design and vinyl signs. Love the look and personal customer service! Still has that "family business" feeling!

For the last 15 yrs I been coming to this Postal Stop. Last week I went there for the last time. This past year they changed ownership, from day one the new owners seem confused...They have terrible customer service manners and the guy always seems to hate his job, no smile, no thank you.
I was there one day last week, drove all the way from Gilroy had my packages ready for postage and ship, got there at 4:15pm. There was no other customer in the store but me. As soon as I walked in the door the owner said to me"your packages won't go out today"
He said, UPS will be here soon and

The first thing I noticed about this place as I walked in was the customer service. Doug who is the owner was beyond helpful and he went overboard to what I was looking for. I came here to get a seating chart made for my wedding. I can honestly say the poster made here was beautiful! Had a glossy print and very clean looking I loved it so much! Thanks so much Doug I will be back
