Banner Express is based in San Jose, CA and specializes in custom, high-quality, large format digital printing to elevate visual presence of an organization. We cater to organizations and trade partners locally as well as nationally as a result of our local production workshop in Sunnyvale and strong web presence.
Mesh Vinyl material is a see-through banner material that is made with flame retardant Exterior Grade PVC with tiny holes between the weaves that allows air to pass through, creating a crisp and clear image at a distance. Like vinyl banners, they are printed with outdoor solvent inks. Lightweight yet ultra-strong, Mesh banners are designed to withstand windy outdoor weather conditions.
The shipment duration is not included in the turnaround time. Courier service is available for urgent deliveries. For urgent orders, please call us at (408) 830-9900 or send an email at info@bannerexpress.net. All files should be in "print-ready" format. For example, if your order size is 24" x 36", you need to set your document size to 24" x 36" for printing.
Digital printing on canvas is designed to simulate the characteristics of traditional canvas art with high definition printing. Although primarily used indoors, canvas can also be displayed outdoors. Poly-Cotton is one of the most versatile fabric in the market and is made from a polyester fabric with a special coating. Pleasant and speedy customer service. Responds to emails quickly. Product turn around is fast. Product quality is great. Can’t go wrong with these guys! Our banners we bought three years ago from them lasted in high wind and high sun exposure until now… they are only a bit faded. Decided to reprint the same banners for a refresh and am super pleased once again. Thanks homies!

I needed a somewhat last minute banner and some gator board panels for a trade show. Not only did Sanjit and his team provide excellent service and great quality with an on-time completion, when I called them this morning to see if they could help me with a partial re-print (my fault, not theirs), they offered to re-print my banner same day at a reduced price.

I printed a PDF with a logo graphics on two different materials here in size 27" x 27", one on vinyl and one on Sintra PVC. Both came out in excellent quality and color accuracy and they even could round the edges on the PVC board!
You can take a look at samples for the 10 or more different base materials they print on in their shop in Sunnyvale. Local pickup in the shop is also possible.

Very happy with Mruduta and her team. I was traveling and trying to make a deadline prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday. Uploaded artwork while on the road and some over the weekend. I had one day of grace so I didn't have to pay the expedite fees.
They finished a day early but I didn't have a chance to get there then. I picked up my bannners and table drop while in route to the convention center to set up my booth. My bad as I didn't check them until I got to the convention center in SJ and was setting up. I noticed a problem.... called about 4:45pm - reached them, discussed

Fabulous! My first ever banner for a rally in December - and it is stunning. Melanie was incredibly patient and helpful to work with as it took me a few tries to create artwork that still looked sharp (not pixelated) at 6 foot x 4 foot. The banner is stunning and arrived very quickly. Thank you, banner express!

I ordered a banner for my Emergency Response Team, for us to keep track of our neighborhood during an emergency. I got a lot of help wih the design because it was an incomplete map of the neighborhood. It turned out great and we used it during a drill and it was perfect for it. Everyone at Banner Express was very helpful, and the banner was completed exactly when and how I wanted it. And, it looked great--our neighborhood, in color!
