Action E-Z Haul & Property Clean-up started back in 1988 as an experiment - a truly off-the-wall idea which was suggested by my neighbor across the street. It started off as Paul's EZ Haul and underwent a few name changes. I finally settled on Action E-Z Haul & Property Clean-up.
I had postponed my college education at UOP in Stockton, CA in 1987 in order to pay off some debts and bills I had incurred because of my not-so-smart financial speculation and because my great grandmother had suffered a debilitating stroke which compelled me to postpone my college studies.

Carlton and the crew did a fantastic job helping me with a project. I had a big haul for them tackle. It was a two car garage filled with large and small clutter, an attic filled with items, a kitchen that had to be cleared out, large furniture items throughout the house and a backyard + shed that had miscellaneous junk that had to go! I was expecting almost a full week job but the three man team knocked it out in a speedy two days even with it raining the first day. The prices were very fair considering the amount of hauling that needed to be done. I would 10/10 recommend them for any junk removal

He kept asking for my email even though I responded with my email address at least 3 times. He first asked for upfront cash deposit or Zelle of 50%, then changed it to 30%.
Who can give a deposit of that much without a reputable business name? There is no address listed on Google, no address listed in the contract he sent me, and we have never met before.
This guy is just trying to get as much of your money upfront as possible. It smelled of a scam and I ran as far away as I could.

Carlton and his crew hooked me up!!!!
I had so much trash, leaves, old furniture, mattresses, Xmas trees, lol... they were courteous, they worked super hard, and I couldn’t be happier with how they left my property. I have moved out and I really wanted to get my deposit back.... thanks to Carlton and crew, I’m sure I’m going to have some extra money to spend.

I am very pleased with Action E-Z Haul & Property Cleanup. They removed some lava rock from my front yard in San Bernardino (in preparation for a landscape job), along with the ugly black plastic underneath which had become an eyesore. Afterwards the front yard was clean looking. In addition they trimmed two of the bushes along the house. If you want a dependable person to hire then Carlton is the man. His prices were within my budget and were reasonable and fair.
