Making a reservation via phone call was very easy and received an email confirming the appointment immediately.
They arrived earlier than their scheduled time which was great as I knew it was going to be a large/time consuming project for them.
There were a lot of random items from boxes, pallets, cement, large furniture, and more but they were able to remove everything for a reasonable price.
The team was very friendly and professional. They kept me informed on the work so I knew when they came back (had multiple truck loads) and estimate on when they'd be wrapping up. Would definitely do business

Got a schedule for a crew to come out to inspect and provide me a quote to haul away some woods scraps from a small project I had done in my garage. The crew didn't show up during the agreed upon 2 hr window. Had to call them twice to follow up. Got a follow up call after my 2nd follow up call and the rep couldn't provide me a viable reason why they missed the appointment. They did offer to reschedule my appointment and give me a 25% discount for the inconvenience. At that point I was over it and moved on and ok'ed the job with another haul away provider.

I want start by saying my mother-in-law was taking advantage by this person name Angel. He lied to her about the estimate and was unreliable . They were late ! Angel demanded more money at the end of the moved . When she said no they left without finishing the job unless she pay them more money . Because it was the last day for her to move and they know that so she was force yo pay them more to finish the job. It was a nightmare for her . This guy Angel that work for precise junk removal change the estimate and price on her three time ! She wanted to support them and help them out during the pandemic

I used them for junk removal and it was a great experience. Angel, the owner took the chance to mention that they also did handyman services so I had them back to build my vari desk and bed frame. The vari desk was a bit complicated but they did an excellent job. They are prompt, professional and reasonably priced. They are my go to folks!

I am sure everyone has heard if I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately I can only give one star. The Junk Hauler was supposed to arrive between 4-6pm and required a person to be home at the time the work is performed. I left work early to ensure I would be there prior to their arrival. Well, the appointment time kept being pushed back multiple times and eventually committed to 8pm which was acceptable since I wanted the junk to be removed. You know you're in your 30s when you're stoked about junk hauling! I'd neglected a lot of backyard projects over the last year and have finally been getting them handled. Angel and crew came to the rescue when I had last minute move-out junk to remove from our house. Angel was super polite, helpful, prompt and communicative! I had extra boxes that needed to be moved from one side of the garage to the other and they did it with a positive attitude and even swept my garage clean after they were done. It's been so long since I've had such a positive service experience! And it was super easy to pay them using venmo! Angel and did an Excellent job cleaning up our post kitchen renovation junk in our back yard . The crew worked very fast & the end result was a very clean back yard!
