What a pleasant experience we had with Monument Title overall, but specifically with Limhi Meneses. They were timely, polite, happy; the place was clean, sleek, modern; there were snacks and beverages available and it was a peaceful environment. Limhi was fantastic to work with! On point and knowledgeable, provided tips and was helpful throughout the process. He had a smile on his face the entire time and just felt like a friend from forever ago. We really enjoyed our experience with Monument Title and look forward to continue working with them in the future.

Way...way above the call of any other title company in Utah. Limhi, and the entire team are incredible. For some reason I got a "psychopath" for an underwriter, and would have never ended up the the beautiful home I have....if it was not for Limhi M. at Monument Title. He made every obstacle smooth, and every detail perfect.

Working with this title company is frustrating. I work for a property management company (homeowners association related) and when they request information for closing they never collect the proper amounts. They always change things on the sale without even communicating it. The put second request on everything whether it is or not. I am thoroughly tired of dealing with a company that doesn't communicate. I know I don't have a choice in whether or not I work with them, but please look for a different option and save yourself and every company that has to work with them unnecessary grief.
