We had the liberty of using Signature Property Closings settlement attorney Laureille Campbell an affiliate partner with Pinnacle Title & Escrow. They all went above an beyond to get our buyer client to the settlement table. This process was a little stressful due to things out of our control. They worked tirelessly and countless hours to make sure our clients experience was one that would be as smooth as possible due to the nature of the process. At the end she was able to settle on her home and the service provided to her at settlement was warm and extremely professional.

The team a Pinnacle is amazing! I am not only real estate agent that uses them, I have been customer for my home, my 3 sisters homes and all of my friends. They work above and beyond to correct any issues and close on time! They are always responsive to my emails, text, and calls.

Even though Pinnacle didn't handle the transaction, they helped me get the water properly transferred to the new owner so that I would stop receiving the bills for the new owner's usage.

I am a Realtor and have used Pinnacle Title and Escrow with clients many times. The ownership is knowledgeable, responsive, and exceedingly helpful, and all settlement officers are skilled. They do thorough work at less-than-average pricing.
Settlements are hosted at their office (attractive, validated garage parking, great 15th floor views) or at an Agent's office, or at a clients' house - wherever needed. I have used many others... My favorite is always Pinnacle.

Pinnacle was super helpful and professional. There were issues that came up related to the existing deed on the property we were buying.. Pinnacle handled the issues efficiently and effectively and made sure closing happened as scheduled. They were extremely knowledgeable and great to work with, I would definitely choose them again.

Very good during the transaction however, at closing, the settlement agent did not disclose before the keys were given that the wire hit the settlement company's account so I couldn't make sure that my seller was ok releasing the keys. She did tell me that the wire didn't hit their account after everyone left and she would reach out and let the realtors when their checks could be deposited. The wire hit within 2 hours and all ended well.

I have used this settlement company on many occasions for my clients and they are fantastic. They have the most competitive fees and don't over charge their clients as I see many other title companies doing with real estate transactions. Fernanda always gets the job done on time and communicates throughout the entire process. It's hard for a person to determine if the large closing costs in a real estate transaction are value added and if one title company is better than another.
