They have constantly moved my mother.
I was informed that she would have a window bed, she did for awhile, until they found a reason to move her.
Then they put her in a window bed, then she went on isolation then back to another room ,then another room and not back to her room where tv is. She has lost numerous phone chargers, hot a sweater for Christmas wore once hung in closer and it had her name in , but I guess someone needed more than a 86 year old lady did to stay warm..
I am very disappointed in this facility.

This place should be closed! They almost killed me. My sister came to visit me when they were trying to revive me. My oxygen level was 63! She got them to call an ambulance and got me to the hospital where they got me back to normal. I told my son I never wanted to go back. I kept telling them I could not breathe. They laughed at me but I had fluid built up on my lungs. At night if they came to see what you wanted they were mean and put bruises on me. I had my leg amputated so I was not able to get up and go the the restroom. They were horrible except for the wound nurse. She was the only one nice

Deplorable place. Conditions are unacceptable for human beings to live in. Stray dogs wouldn't eat what they present as food. Some of the staff caring for the residents are loving, caring individuals but staff can only do so much. They are overworked, aunder-staffednd under paid.

My mom did rehab there, now resides permanently. We have no complaints. It is spotless. Staff is extremely nice! I can visit anytime which is important to me. They keep them active which I appreciate.

Absolutely do not reccomend this facility. My Grandfather was in the short term side for rehabilitation after a hip replacement. We found him in his own urine soaked and had been for 2 hours. He was left unattended while out of his head and fell out of his bed injuring his arm. After pushing the button for assistance it took 45 minutes for anyone to respond. He was man handled once because he wasnt moving fast enough and has consistently been spoken down too and disrespected by staff attempting to rush him. We fought for a week for him to be tested for a uti and he never was treated. He is now

I was there for 74 days. One night, within the first week I was there, I was not awakened and changed during the night. When I woke up everything was soaked, down through the bedding. I had my light on for over 3 hours before someone finally answered and cleaned me up. This happened several times during my stay there, not getting the light answered and having to lay there, soaked, waiting for someone to change me. Their excuse was always, "We're sorry, we're understaffed."!
Most of the food was terrible. Overdone, underdone, hard to chew or soupy.
They did not inform me that Medicare only paid

My grandmother has been admitted here twice within the last 60 days for short term care. Over the years she has told us there would be hell to pay if we ever put her in a nursing home. After her first stay she said if she ever had to go in a nursing home she'd like a place like this. I think we were all a lil shocked to hear those words from her mouth LoL.

I do not understand how this facility is still open. We were not there 24 hours and my husband fell. Then 3 days later he fell again that resulted to him being put in ICU. Then they lied about what really happened to him. Please do not send your love one here!

My husband was accepted to this nursing home. By 9:00 pm the same night he was shipped out to the hospital. Our short stay was a blessing, since the care was so bad. No one came to check on him while I was there. He could not feed himself. Hot water was running full blast in bathroom and would not turn off. Not a good experience.
