Steve was great at educating my wife and I on the entire process. In great detail, and with the patience of a saint, he explained all of the paperwork. He was available for all of our questions throughout the process. The rate he locked us in at was the lowest of the three I shopped, as well. Steve is very knowledgeable in the field and has good communication skills to explain things that are confusing. He's helped us buy a house two times now and he's always looking for the best deal and helping explain the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
