After applying online, over the phone, or in person, your Loan Officer will request basic documentation that you will need to provide. Your Loan Officer will discuss the best loan options for you. Once you have signed and returned all disclosures, your loan will be sent to the Processor, who will be preparing your file for the Underwriter to review.

Nick and the entire team at Caprock were exceptional throughout our entire loan process. Being a first time homebuyer we had quite a few questions, and Nick was always available and willing to explain. We had such a GREAT experience working with Caprock Home Loans, and it was mainly because of our Loan Officer, Michael Meanor. Buying a new home already has enough stress involved, but one area we had no stress in was our loan. Michael was great to work with and extremely helpful and responsive to every question we had along the way. Every step of the way, Michael was there for us. Then when the Seller's of our new home needed to close early, Michael was up front and honest about what it would take to pull it off. We were able to get everything he needed and sure enough he closed a full week earlier
