We were very fortunate to connect with Steve Botkin-State Farm and his team when we first moved to South Florida. Our initial State Farm Insurance purchase was auto and then it expanded once we bought our home (including Home, Wind & FEMA). The quality of service has always been first rate and their responsiveness is second to none. Jordan Spicer did an excellent job finding car insurance and life insurance for five of us! He was patient and kind and most of all very informative and experienced. I would strongly suggest calling him and seeing if he can save you money too!!

Called in to transfer my policy, and got really good advice that I may not need to do that at all since I'll be in Florida only a short while. The person I spoke with was super personable, really knowledgeable, efficient, and just a wonderful person. I rarely write reviews, but this business definitely deserves one. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

New customers beware, this office is unscrupulous, dishonest , and does not take the customer's best interest . The following happened a few months ago : . We called to enquire in regards to our cracked ( glass) windshield, instead they turned around and filed the claim without our permission . 2 Weeks later they gave us a one month notice and canceled our coverage.
