We had a wonderful experience with Victor, and we cannot recommend him more highly! He upholstered six dining chairs for us, and he did an excellent job even faster than he said he would. He picked them up at our house and delivered them less than a week later, and they were perfect. The cushioning was restored and the stitching was beautiful. He's a busy man, so we had to schedule our appointment a month ahead of time, but such excellent quality is worth waiting for. When our appointment came, he was prompt and very responsive. I think you can't go wrong with Victor. He's a very skilled craftsman

I was very excited to reach out to Victor's given all of the glowing reviews. I spent two weeks trying to get a quote for two furniture items and never received one. I was asked to send an e-mail and told I should receive a response typically within 24 hours. I followed up several days later and apparently the e-mail was never received so after confirming the e-mail was received, another week went by and I called again and was told I would receive a response by end of day. Two days later I followed up again and the quote was still not completed. I received many excuses all along the way - e-mail
