Honestly finding and working with Lisa and her Smart Bean team was a highlight during crazy 2020. As a small business owner running a food business, keeping track of our expenses and how to categorize them was something I was eager to get off my plate. They created a Quickbooks online account for me and set up my Chart of Accounts, categorized expenses, journaled in transactions...such a timesaver. I was referred to Lisa by a friend, when that friend noticed I was getting a bit overwhelmed by my business. I can't speak any higher of Lisa and her company. Their prices are so reasonable your silly not to use them. I was recommended SmartBean by my accountant to do catch up bookkeeping for the past year as my small counseling business was finally picking up. As a family law attorney/mediator, I have had several occasions arise where I have been able to utilize Smart Bean as a referral for my clients. In both situations we were trying to separate a husband and wife team from a business they co-owned during the marriage. Love this company and all they have done for me and my business. I wanted my time and energy to be taken up with providing services for my clients. Smart Bean is a dream come true! They've been doing my books for a few months now and I am so glad that I decided to go with them for my bookkeeping needs.
