We are a full service Bookkeeping business located in South Orange County. We are able to service clients nationwide by utilizing remote access, email, cloud based services and software. We primarily use Quickbooks for all our accounting. We will work with your accountant to coordinate your bookkeeping needs or refer you to one of the CPA's we partner with.

Mary's Bookkeeping was founded in 2008 after Mary spent 15 years doing accounting and running small businesses. It is owned by Mary and her Husband Jeff. Jeff is a seasoned financial analyst with over 10 years experience working with some of the regions largest companies. Our staff is comprised of bookkeeping professionals who are screened and vetted to ensure reliability and accuracy.
