I have clients all over the United States, from California to Florida from Texas to Michigan as well as in Ireland, the Netherlands and in Africa (technology makes that possible - my gas mileage isn't THAT good nor my car that fast!) The majority of my clients are right here in the metro Austin area, so basically if you live inside that red circle, I'll come to you.
Thanks for the Fix-Up-a seemingly miraculous rescue from the edge of disaster. Also, as usual, my favorite part of Laurie's visit is learning via the discussions during the in-home install and "road testing" portion of the service. I spent another couple of hours re-writing my notes from the visit to capture and preserve some of her pearls of knowledge.
I hate it when I get a phone call from someone who had their computer either stolen or had their hard drive die, and then I have to ask the question - the question that I PRAY they will say "yes" to. And that question is "do you have a backup of your data?" And when they say "no" I just cringe. Because I KNOW that's all they care about at this moment - "how do I get my data back?"

Laurie has helped us out of many a jam! She comes to my office and helps us connect printers and computers to the right WIFI. She helps me at my house to make my home computer faster. She helps my 80-yr old mother with her computer and let me tell you - my mom loves Laurie. Laurie is capable, friendly and reliable.

I've used Laurie many times for both my business and personal computers and she's been amazing every time. I run a small business and when issues come up (servers down, hard drives bad, or just crazy computer stuff , etc. etc.) she fixes it and gets us back and running quickly. We have 10 computers here running all the time plus a server, etc. and so you can see how we have more issues than a regular household....and Laurie has kept us running safe and sound. This review is long overdue; my apologies to Laurie Scott, who deserves better. Laurie is a great technician, and takes the ideal of service to her customers to a new level. She gave me more of her time than I expected, and made several return trips to my home to bring back my PC and parts, at no extra charge. I am particularly pleased with the job that Laurie did in replacing my apparently failing hardrive with a solid state drive, which is working beautifully at present moment. Having moved away from Austin, I fully intend to have Laurie (remotely) do an annual check-up on my PC.

Laurie once again saved me from infections and viruses on my commuter by an "expert scammer". I have used her services for around 5 years. She faithfully maintains our computers each month and is always there for us in emergencies. On almost all occasions, she is able to address and fix our computer problems remotely - on the same day that they occur. My wife and I sing her praises often.

Laurie Scott responded to my emailed request for service promptly. When i explained my problem over the phone, she seemed to understand what i was talking about (I'm not conversant in "computer-talk"). When she arrived -- right on time--at my home, she went right to work. Clearly, she had come prepared to resolve my problem. As often happens, the solution to one problem uncovers another problem, and Laurie was great in addressing it all. Laurie Scott of Tek-Chic Systems in Lakeway Texas has been quite an amazing find! After going through several "tech support folks" including one where the guy that showed up told me point blank that the company was a scam (he was not- and he did the job -but still) - and yes they 3x charged my credit card for one visit. I found Laurie - and she has been my saving grace ever since. I am a "techie" but don't claim to have any desire to handle the "innards" of my computer. Laurie has helped me through 3 virus clean-ups , 2 hardware upgrades, 2 new computer upgrades and a migration to Windows 7. She
