What started as a one-man shop has blossomed into over 40 full-time staff in our Austin headquarters, with staff in San Antonio and Houston. I thoroughly enjoy working with Sterling at MyITPros who supports our Blue Team. He is knowledgeable, friendly and has the same warped sense of humor that I do. With my position at our company, I am typically the person who escalates issues and asks the hard questions which may make me unpopular in this realm. Sterling takes a look at the big picture, makes suggestions and is very accommodating to the needs of our business. Thank you so much to Carlos and the Orange Team at MyITpros! Carlos was fantastic all around with getting my work computer issue diagnosed and resolved promptly - and all remote! Very thankful during my computer's downtime he got another computer set up for me to use temporarily so I did not have to miss any work days. He was professional and courteous and kept me informed throughout the process on what to expect. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend!

My office uses MyITPros and I love them! They're always helpful and I've never had a problem they can't solve. Anthony helped me today and was super helpful! He helped me with a tricky situation on my Mac when I couldn't remote in to my office computer. I would definitely recommend Anthony for any tech issues!

There are just not enough words to say how I much appreciate working with MyITpros. I have no doubt that my entire network is in safe hands. The team I work with are the best, they are incredibly responsive and quick to resolve all of my issues! Royal Williams at MyITPros is an outstanding IT tech. I am not fond of the way the company's system has changed, but Royal is hands down one of the best. He is informative, courteous, patient, and he goes above and beyond to make sure our office is running smoothly and that we understand what is needed or taking place. I have never had any complaints when I have worked with him. I am very glad that he is a part of my team of techs that I know I can definitely rely on. I work in Operations at a fast-paced family law firm here in town and have been so impressed by the services of these IT professionals. Our previous IT company was having some issues being able to keep up with our growth and the high tech standards by which our Firm operates. Have worked closely with this group for the last 5 years--they are smart, communicative, and available. As my practice has grown, they have evolved in their recommendations and they always listen to me, even if we don't always agree. I really love working with a group (particularly Corey H.) that is a local Austin entity. That said they have expanded their reach to San Antonio but have not lost that 'small business' feel. I called today to set up a remote connection to my desktop at work and Robert Smedley did an excellent job setting it up and was very quick to figure out my connection problems, he was also very friendly and talked with me about nissans and what not while he was going through the process. I've known the president for almost 20 years and he's incredibly honest, reliable, and professional. I also know he runs his company and works with his team with the same integrity I've seen him operate in for that last two decades.

I have to say I'm really happy with these guys so far. One of my colleagues, Shannon, believes they should wear capes around the office like superheroes. They respond quickly when we need them to, and if we have a "not-so-urgent" problem they get back with us in a reasonable amount of time and fix things.
I seriously can't think of a single complaint or even minor issue we've had. Keep up the great work!
