Call us at 650-364-6060 to schedule your own consultation. A. Cosmetic Surgery is performed to reshape normal structures of the body in order to improve the patient's appearance and self-esteem.
Dr Papalian currently participates with multiple PPO and HMO insurance plans, as well as Medicare. Please contact the office to inquire regarding current plan participation. The office will assist you with information on your particular plan. However, you are encouraged to fully understand your own particular insurance program, including co-pays and deductibles.
When evaluating patients for a rejuvenating procedure, the facial region is generally considered in sections or zones. Each individual facial zone can be treated independently or in combination with others. The "areas of the face" are the brow, upper and lower eyelids, and the mid-face, jowl and neck regions.
With age, for both women and men, the effects of gravity and repetitive muscle contraction result in changes to the soft tissues of the mid-face, jowl, and neck region. Face-lifting, as one of the nation's most common cosmetic procedures, corrects these changes, restoring a more youthful appearance to the face.

I had a Fraxel re:store dual completed by Dr. P and couldn't be more pleased with results. Everything from the consult, to my interaction with team members (Lisa!), to the treatment itself, exceeded my expectations. It looks as though years of sun exposure (freckles, dark spots, etc) have been erased from my face.

I had a consultation today for a lipo/tummy tuck with Dr. Papalian and he was amazing. Very professional and very knowledgeable. What I really appreciate is that he didn't make me feel bad for my weight or reprimand me. He gave me wonderful advice that I will take to heart and options for me to make my final decision.
He is extremely easy to talk to and personable. He isn't the type of doctor that will just say "yes" to get the client and appointment. He really wants to make sure you are making the right choice and the right option.

I was referred to Dr Papalian for a tummy tuck. Dr P has a wonderfully refreshing honesty and a great demeanor. He let me know what I was in for; I was looking at major surgery.
The young ladies who run the office (Lisa and Nibila) were very sweet and terrific to work with on scheduling, follow-ups, etc.
It's been 10 weeks since surgery, recovery has been slow but steady and the results are absolutely fabulous!!!

Dr. Papalian removed a smallish mole from my teen daughters chest, solely cosmetic but important to her. He made us both feel so confident in his skill as well as in our decision to remove it. He spent a huge amount of time just talking to her about life and practicing medicine and did an amazing job explaining the way to keep the incision from scarring and how long it would really take to fade.

I had eyelid surgery by Dr Papalian 8 years ago with great results, and just returned to Dr. Papalian for the SMAS facelift procedure in my mid-50's. I'm extremely happy with the results, and my friends are amazed at how quickly I've healed and how great I look.

Dr. Papalian performed a breast reduction on me in 1995. I am as happy with it today as the day I received it. He is an excellent surgeon! Highly skilled at his craft.
