Services
The office is open daily 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday though Friday. Dr. Greenberg sees patients in clinic on multiple days of the week, with her primary consultation and clinic days being Wednesday and Thursday. Patients are seen by appointment only. Meghan Douglass RN sees patients for Botox and other treatments.
Dr. Lauren Greenberg is a plastic surgeon in a boutique solo private practice in Palo Alto and Menlo Park, California. Her office is now in Menlo Park. Dr. Lauren Greenberg's office is a solo practice set in a small, boutique office. I value one on one attention, a natural setting, and privacy. After 21 years at Welch Road on Stanford's campus (where I trained for General & Plastic Surgery) in Palo Alto, I have moved to a new larger office in Menlo Park.
What does Board Certified mean? What is a cosmetic surgeon? It is difficult to know what questions to ask. When you decide to pursue plastic and cosmetic surgery, you will do internet research. Cosmetic surgery tends to be private, particularly in Palo Alto and the Bay Area. Most of my patients have told few friends they did anything, so it is common you think "I don't know anyone who has done this."
Cosmetic enhancement procedures are designed to improve physical appearance, so patients are naturally excited to know how the results of their aesthetic treatment will look. Though doctors are typically happy to describe the anticipated outcome or show examples of previous work, those methods do not provide a personalized visual example of the potential results.

Six years later and I'm still such a fan of Dr. Greenberg. I know there are plenty of talented plastic surgeons in the Bay Area, but I wouldn't trust anyone else. She's perfected fat grafting like few others and the results are truly amazing. Plus she's just a really kind and caring person. I trust her implicitly and that's a real find with any doctor.

I called today to arrange a consult appointment for my 17 year old who has a fatty tissue mass on her inner knee that was recently discovered, and needs to be removed most likely by liposuction. The receptionist told me when I called this morning around 11am that she would ask the doctor if she could do this type of procedure. I told her we were referred from UCSF to plastics for this, so it should be something she can do a consult for. By 4pm, no call back. So I called again, same receptionist, tells me she has my name and number and she will talk to the doctor to ask if she can make an appointment

I can't say enough about Dr. Greenberg. She was so very thoughtful in the care she provided. She took the time to listen and answer all my questions with patience and honesty. Making the decision to have a cosmetic procedure was both an exciting and scary experience so it was very comforting to have a surgeon that made time to make sure I understood everything before, during, and after my procedure. If I ever decide to have another procedure, I will definitely go back to Dr. Greenberg.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Greenberg . I have had a few both necessary and elective surgeries so I have had experience at being a surgery patient . I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg! I have nothing but positive accolades for every aspect of her practice. What I loved most was how she works one-on-one with her patients through the whole process instead of assigning a middle person. When I first started searching for a plastic surgeon I knew I wanted a women this time. Someone with the attitude of let’s make this look right for you. With Dr Greenberg this is what I got! Absolutely love her Demeanor, confidence and her skill level. I had my implants removed, a reduction (because I never wanted to be that big) and a lift. It looks fabulous! I feel fabulous. Take it from this nurse I couldn’t be happier and more impressed. P.s I also love that she doesn’t have a fancy big office with tons of staff and Justine your awesome too!

Dr Greenberg is your last stop when looking for an extremely competent surgeon. I was afraid to have my 15 year old breast implants removed. I'm in my mid 60s with paper thin skin. I'm now 9 weeks post op and couldn't be happier with the results. My saggy, Hugh stretched out breasts are now pert small C's. Phew, what a relief. I had no idea it's possible to have normal perky breasts again. Dr G is wonderful!

I highly recommend Dr. Greenberg! I felt extremely taken care of and informed every step of the way. She sets realistic expectations in terms of results and recovery, and makes sure you are as prepared and comfortable as can be before/during/after surgery. I started my search with Dr. Greenberg and quickly realized I did not need to go further. She is professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. She tells it straight and does not over-promise. As promised, an update now that I've had a procedure. Dr. Greenberg has helped me with some very serious keloid scars and we are in the process of revising them by redoing the incisions. She's been super meticulous in doing a test section first and observing it for months, and soon we'll do more because the small section she revised has healed much better than the scars from the original operation done by another doctor.

I can only say that if you are even thinking about doing anything to your body or face you must see Dr. Greenberg!!! She is absolutely amazing!!! I am so beyond happy with my results.. I am so excited to write this review for Dr.Greenberg. I lost 137 pounds 9 years ago and had a lot of excess skin. ALOT! I decided to do something about the excess skin. I went to a Dr. that was recommended by a friend. He was very aggressive and wanted to do a huge amount of surgery that I really did not want. So I looked on YELP and found Dr. Greenberg. The good: My results are fantastic. I still look like me, just much much better. I love that Dr. Greenberg gave me all of my options and helped me come up with treatment that would get me the result I want. I initially just wanted to do one specific thing, but she helped me understand that it would not give me the results I wanted. She was able to do this without making me feel pressured. She is honest--she tells it like it is.

Dr. Greenberg and her staff are extremely professional and kind. Dr. Greenberg is direct about the pro's and con's of any surgery (which is what you want from a surgeon). She doesn't try to talk you into anything. If you are looking for natural results Dr. Greenberg is the best.

I searched and interviewed doctors all over the bay area to do a cosmetic procedure on my face. After meeting with all the doctors, I chose Dr. Lauren Greenberg. I completely trust her. I met with Dr. Greenberg more than once and she was always professional, available, up to date, scientifically current and most importantly wanted to know my opinions about what I wanted to accomplish -- never hurried.
