Broke a leaf spring on double axle trailer on a Sunday just off of a major interstate. R&P answered their phone and provided some guidance and completed repairs on trailer the next morning when they opened. Highly recommend them!!!

These are great people to work with...I'm not sure if u can find anyone that knows more about trailers than the them. They have the parts and knowledge to get u going. Great company to work with.

If you have any problem don’t go that place this guys will stolen your money. They charge me 150,00 for emergency service and they didn’t make the service on the same day or nothing like that… I drove to them and after 24hors they started work in my trialer. They replaced an axel on my trailer and the mechanic didn’t disable the oil line from the brake even though I asked him for… resulting in total loss of oil from the brake line. I got no brakes in my trailer. They charged me more 90,00 to fix it. Horrible service.

R&P was a rare find these days, as they were very helpful and patient with me, as I sought to replace a bad axle on my 5th wheel. They gave me a better then hoped for price for a upgraded complete axle and a more than fair shipping cost. I encourage you to use them.

I just wanted to give a quick shout out and share the experience I had working with R & P. I called to check on some parts and availability and to add it was about 20 minutes prior to closing time. I worked with Josh and let me tell you it has been a long time since I have experienced the level of service Josh gave. Josh was able to find the part and was able to get the package out for next day delivery. I am a first time customer so all my info needed to be put into the system and get with the warehouse to package the item up and shipped out. Again this was about 20 minutes to closing and Josh

Bought a brand new 2022 PACE 6x10 trailer from R & P which proceeded to fall apart on the first use due to poor workmanship. Neither R&P nor the manufacturer will do anything besides a fix that does not bring my brand new trailer to like new status, or eat the thousands I have already spent on renovations for a full refund.
They do not sell quality products or provide acceptable fixes when their shoddy craftsmanship falls apart on the first use.

Purchase a new trailer from them approx. 7 years ago, and ordered parts from them this year (in 2021) and always find them to be very responsive, friendly, courteous, and get the job done quickly. Recommend this business as a good place to deal with trailers and parts.

I'm not going to dock them for a few missing parts for my order, they sent them out no questions asked and were to my door in 3 days. their dexter 6000 6 lug conversion hubs are nice and look to be of good quality. the only thing i would have liked to have on top of everything else is the castle nut and a new cotter key.

2" Drop Long Receiver Hitch Trailer Ball Mount 10000# USA MADE Solid Stinger. Order arrived on time but the hitch was scratched and dinged quite a bit. Not happy

I needed a suspension rebuild kit for my travel trailer. Found them online and gave a call for advice. Paul was great explaining the different kits they carried and advised one that would best match our use. He knows his stuff and was wasn't trying to sell more than we needed. Prices are reasonable and shipping very fast. I highly recommend this family run company.

I bought a RNR trailer from R and P Carriages last fall to haul a large motorcycle on long trips. I just came back from a 4,000 mile trip so I'm now in a position to write a more complete review than if I had written one the day I purchased the trailer.

First, the sales staff was very friendly and low-pressure - actually, no pressure at all. I really appreciate that and will walk when I feel pressured when buying things. They recommended the perfect trailer for my purposes and, after taking it on the the trip, I'm extremely happy with it.

Now, I'm going to mention a couple

In the past I have rented auto hauling trailers from them that were much better than the typical rentals and there prices were lower. It was a drive for me (40 min) but well worth having a quality maintained trailer transport vehicles providing me peace of mind.
