Updating my previous review. I got my haul-about enclosed trailer from these folks about 6 months ago. Ended up having alot of issues with it. They were decent to deal with at first, but now that my trailer needs extensive warranty work, they have stopped replying to me 100%. I now have to haul my trailer from WI (home) all the way to Elkhart Indiana. The frame coating and the exterior paneling are peeling off of it. I tried to reach out to morris and have them haul it at least one way and have received zero response. If your truck broke down, there is no way ford/chevy/dodge dealer would tell

Don't by anything from this scam company they lied about everything. They say what ever you want to hear then don't follow through. They carry garbage products in Quality Trailers which is the only company who and they lie lie lie, do yourself a favor and get a PJ, or a Load Trail, their trailers are garbage. This is about our 200th skidsteer trailer to let you know we know what we are talking about. We have over 20 skid steer trailer in our yard right now not one of them came with a 5000 jack, GARBAGE!

Edit 3/12/21 My how things change. Go there today and get totally different experience. Unfortunately its for the worse. I guess it's time to bring my business elsewhere.

Came from California to help move parents out from Chicago, needed a trailer to help move items. FANTASTIC FANTASTIC experience!! Never had such a great buying experience. The staff was wonderful and helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Everybody there was helpful and answered all my trailer questions! They even made sure before I left that I was pulling away and all safety checks were in order by going outside and flagging me down. They went over and above customer service.

Started out searching online for a trailer and it seemed hopeless at first. I finally decided to pick up the phone and call. I ended up getting into contact with Jim and he made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I had his undivided attention. Jim unformed me that they had the trailer I wanted but was in a different color. I made a quick drive to see this trailer with the options I wanted but just didn't want the color. Jim told me to hold on a second and he contacted the factory and informed me that they had the same exact trailer in the color I wanted and they could get it delivered
