I don't personally go to this location but I was bring my grandpa here for an appointment, and the 2 ladies sitting at the front desk gave no greeting whatsoever. My grandpa has a walker and had to stand, waiting for a couple minutes before someone else came and took him since the other workers were so "occupied". Very unprofessional, any place should greet the customers and if they are busy; at the very LEAST need to communicate that they will be with us shortly. I recommend better customer service.
