From routine checkups to treatments for surgery, AAL Podiatry Associates is equipped to handle all your podiatric needs. Ankle sprains are caused by an unnatural twisting or force on the ankle bones of the foot, often resulting in one or more ligaments on the outside of the ankle to be stretched or torn.
All our professionals at AAL Podiatry Associates maintain the highest levels of accreditation and pursue ongoing education to stay abreast of the latest trends in podiatry. Born in Norfolk and raised in the L & J Gardens section of Virginia Beach, Dr Anderson III is a product of Norfolk Academy, Morehouse College and the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine.

In 2006 AAL Podiatry became one of the first practices in the area to become what is now known as a paperless office. Plantar fasciitis is the term commonly used to refer to heel and arch pain traced to an inflammation on the bottom of the foot. More specifically, plantar fasciitis is an inflammation of the connective tissue, called plantar fascia, that stretches from the base of the toes, across the arch of the foot, to the point at which it inserts into the heel bone.

Dr Anderson was amazing. They were able to squeeze me in the same day. Dr Anderson was so personable and down to earth. He spoke to me like a real person and not just a patient. He was able to quickly address my problem and keep me at ease while doing so. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be going back to see him for all of my foot care needs.

The staff outside of the lady in the front your a complete joke. Was told my pcp needs to fix after being told by my pcp thati needed to see a foot doc... My doc calls him and he acts like he cant recall me as a pt and because his nurse hasnt pit indo in to computer yet. Thank god i now on track with an Podiatry office who knows what the hell there doing.

I would rate this practice a 0 if possible. The staff is so unprofessional & rude. They will overcharge for services & not disclose this to you until you receive a statement from them.
Called the billing specialist who informed me she was being promoted to a nurse & only answers the phone, because she was cleaning out her desk.

I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and the front desk staff was able to look at my complaint and knew I would need an x ray, she entered my new patient information and sent me upstairs with an order to have my x ray done. The x ray was quick, I came back down with my disk and was immediately brought back to see the doctor. Only 30 minutes past my appointment time (but I had already had an x ray!) the doctor came in quickly and was extremely nice. Dr, Anderson is amazing. He showed me my x ray, explained the problem in detail and showed me videos of the procedure he was going to use to
