The Sofi team and complex are first-rate in Salem. We lived at the complex for ~2 years and really enjoyed it, with the last year being overseen by Sofi. After a challenging and unexpected family issue, Kaitlin and the Sofi team worked with me to navigate the situation and help us beyond my expectations. Ultimately, a very kind set of people to work with who care about the tenants and their individual situations. Another big thank you to the Sofi team from my wife and me.

Terrible management issues since Sofi / Pinnacle / Cushman Wakefield took a few months ago. Lived here for years and never seen a management company care so little about its residents. Until you look into who this property management company is. They are notorious for putting corporate profits over service and responsibility to residents. Daily disruptions in the complex with constant construction, contractors going in and out of your building daily, ignoring routine maintenance of A/C systems and appliances, and billing issues, lots of billing issues and overcharges that they never resolve. We are in the process of relocating to the North Shore. We made the right choice w/ Sofi At Salem Station. Our first experience w/ Kaitlin [leasing agent] was positive and welcoming. We have moved in and the process was easy and accommodating. The property is well maintained, safe and secure. The easy access to the train and downtown is a plus. I recently moved in and so far it’s been great! The staff has been very friendly and accommodating. Kaitlin has been very welcoming and has answered every one of the questions I’ve had! She’s very organized and has made the move a lot less stressful for me. Sofi is a great location because downtown Salem/bars/restaurants are all within walking distance. The Salem train station is located right near the apartments so you have the options of even heading to Boston for a fun night out! So far it’s been a great experience and I’m looking forward to this year.

I moved to Sofi at Salem from downtown Boston two months ago and I love it here! Kaitlin ( leasing agent), Michael (asst. property mgr) and Heather, the property manager have each been welcoming, helpful, and accessible. The responsiveness by the maintenance team is also impressive. Beautiful apartment, quiet and well maintained building and grounds, great amenities, and convenience to both the commuter rail and downtown Salem all make Sofi at Salem an ideal place to live!!

A friend and I recently toured a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment at this property with the lovely and knowledgeable Kaitlin Beluzo. The apartment offered plenty of sunlight, living space and a surprising amount of closet/storage space. Kaitlin, along with the property manager, Heather, and the assistant manager, Michael, were all very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I highly recommend checking out Sofi at Salem Station if you're apartment hunting.
