Don’t use them.
They are the worst company ever that can transport a vehicle. They transported my car and it reached the destination not working. The only option they are offering is either to drop it at my location (after the driver tried to charge it and drove it himself twice) or drop it at a shop and I am responsible for all the charges. Claim department is the worst anyone can deal with!

Aaron was my dispatcher who went above and beyond to get my husband's vehicle transported from South Florida to Austin this week before the holiday. Before I connected with Aaron there were several fumbles with trying to book a transport and I was near my breaking point and far from satisfied with Reindeer. Aaron heard my frustration, immediately contacted a carrier and stayed in contact before during and after the transport. This man is the gold standard in customer service. I had my car shipped from Washington to Colorado. It went great! Our wonderful representative, Shawn Smith, coordinated everything seamlessly and stayed in regular contact with us during the entire process. Relocated our car from Michigan to Seattle.
Pickup: we were little scared with all the reviews saying they usually don't pick up on the same day. So we had multiple calls and after that they picked it up on same day. The guy that came to pick up was very assuring and friendly.
Updates in between: we were able to get in touch via email amidst the relocation for exact updates.
Delivery: we were informed a day prior on exact delivery time frame..that's usually not flexible at all...so be prepared to set aside that time especially if you're working... delivery was smooth, no damages to vehicle.

Moved our car from Midwest to West Coast- great communication and regular status updates ( through email and phone).
Cost was very reasonable when compared to some other companies.
No major damages to the car- just had get it cleaned and it was good to go.
Will definitely get with them again in the future if we need to move again.

I was extremely impressed with Reindeer Auto when I had them move my car from the mid-Atlantic to FL during peak season. I had a very bad experience with another company and was very skeptical of the industry as a whole. Well, Reindeer proved me wrong. We had our car transported from the Midwest to the West Coast. The service was exceptional from pick up to delivery! We experienced both regular email communication and personal phone calls from Amy to keep us informed on the pick up and delivery schedule. Everything went smoothly and they delivered my car incredibly fast from ID to MO. My flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days later so my car beat me there and they said it was fine if I had it delivered to the hotel and someone working at the hotel accepted it for me. I really appreciated that, was one less thing to worry about!

I've moved three vehicles over the years and this time I was extremely pleased. Picked up and delivered on the dates as outlined in our contract. Car was delivered in great condition, same as it was picked up. I had a great experience and one which will be everlasting! Not sure if this was the broker, driver, or transport company. Overall great experience.

I used Reindeer Auto to move across the country and initially things were great - they showed up right on time and the pickup was very fast and easy with everything arranged through my relocation company.
That's about where the good experience stopped unfortunately. During transit, I received numerous delivery date updates with my vehicle arriving an additional day late, another two days added after, then another day...and after planning for the arrival date they told me (at last), they surprised me when the driver asked if he could show up the next day (< 24 hours notice) which I couldn't do

Terrible experience. Shipped two cars. A sedan and SUV. SUV was fine. My sedan was beaten up. The gas door broke and doesn't stay in place. My bumper was smashed into my headlight. And my oil pan was smashed in the undercarriage and now scraping when I drive. When I showed them the damage they tried to say it was "already there". I take care of my cars meticulously. Beware.

I would recommend reading all reviews before working with them. All is great when your car turns out ok. But if there are any issues they seem to always blame the owner. This is from experience as well as observing reviews. Looks like they pay Yelp for a pro account so they can hide things easier. Work with a driver directly instead. It helps the driver and you get quality service without working with people who will make every excuse in the book not to take and cover your claim. Check Google reviews too. Hopefully things work better for you if you work with this company.

Reindeer collected the car in perfect condition, and delivered with the fender misaligned - all documented on paper and with photos at pick-up and delivery; they denied our claim because they could not find evidence of negligence or misalignment on their part, but could not explain how the fender got misaligned... use at your own peril...

I used Reindeer Auto to move from California to Maryland. I was a little worried about using Open transport to carry my beloved Mercedes. However, I was put at ease with how comfortable the entire experience was. And the delivery happened 2 days before expectation. The fact that they are able to offer a 3 day pick up window is great! Uncertainties lead to anxiety, don't they :) .

This is the third time I have used this company to relocate high end vehicles--every move has gone flawlessly. One trip (Florida to Maine) happened faster than we could have probably driven it ourselves. I know this is unusual but appreciated.
