Not sure if I will be back. It costed me $20 for them to ship something that weighs 2 lbs for a customer of mine that was only one hour away. I was surprised. I asked her if there's a cheaper option. The item was really small and didn't weigh much. She said the $20 was the cheapest and best option. I paid this one time, but will probably use another service in the future.

I've been renting a mailbox for over a year now and I absolutely love this place! I receive so many packages all the time & they never ever give me a hard time about it. I absolutely love this place! Owner is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to assure customer satisfaction.. I made a mistake on a package and he didn't hesitate to save it for me until I made sure it was set. The next day although he wasn't there he made sure they knew I'd be coming and had my documents ready..Great customer service isn't easy to find now days, Thank you!

Went in this morning to mail out a poster. All taped and address labeled. Prepared to ship... Wanted to charge me $21! I laughed and grabbed my poster tube and went down the road to the post office. Cost me $6.95.. what is the logic behind such a HUGE price difference?

Wanted to drop off pre labeled package to be shipped but because I didn't purchase anything or buy the label from them they didn't want to help me. I've been to random mom and pop post offices and not once been denied service to drop off package even when I didn't purchase anything. Very cheap of y'all especially times like these.

I just wanted to commend this place on their excellent service. I typically go here when I have to ship out packages. Everyone that has helped me here has been great. They are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond expectations to help me ship my packages every time.
All in all, it's a small shipping spot that also stores mailboxes inside. There's plenty of parking in the plaza. They have an onsite computer that you can use to access emails and shipping labels. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We should be able to leave less than 1 Star, my sister had a fingerprint scan done here and it was rejected due to poor quality. She went to get her money back and the man John who did the finger print was not helpful and we later found out he lied about being unable to refund and the numbers to call to get one. She can’t get her money for the gov. fee so THINK TWICE BEFORE COMING HERE!

I wish I knew about the first time customer discount on Yelp. I told him I was new and visiting from the east coast. I moved from LA and wanted some final sentimental things shipped. I spent about $200 and it was a lot for me especially during covid times. I could have saved $20! And then I was charged $16 for popcorn! I wish I had time to go back to my old place postal service store who didn't charge me for packing material because I also spent a lot of money there moving from Culver City. He just used usps and this guy here insisted I use FedEx. And I was told to hurry up because they are

This place I go always for notary services. Everywhere everyone charge $15 per signature, however, here I notarize more than 5 pages all the time and I get 15% discount. Social distancing has been followed strictly here so far. I have used other services here like dropping off FedEx or UPS packages here, no issues. However, I prefer to drop UPS boxes to proper UPS store, or FedEx package to FedEx store, where I get served well as well. No complains from this store so far. I have been using its services for last 13 years, no complains.

My go to place whenever I need to drop off my package or need to deliver any items from paperwork to returning products. I always need help with my returns and they make the process so much easier! The nicest people to work with and super patient. I needed help with printing and pulling up some information and they worked with me to help make the process faster and easier! I 100% recommend going here rather than your local UPS/FedEx! No lines and really great customer service!

5/5 A+. Business Owner: Stop wasting time driving around the city to ship with fedex, ups, USPS, DHL. This place has all of them making it so much more convenient.
One thing I hate is waiting in lines (specially at the post office) but here their team is fast, friendly, and efficient. As a business owner I always need to mail important documents to our clients so time is money. I'm so happy to have found this gem.

I found Packaged To Go on Yelp and I was not disappointed! T and Jon are absolutely fantastic! Great customer service! I was sending a special present of a plant and flowers that needed to be specially packed. T and Jon took special care to pack everything and didn't charge me extra for labor. Everything arrived on time as promised. They are wonderful!!! They instantly made me a return customer. I highly recommend this store and encourage you to tell your friends and family.

This place is great! Super friendly staff, multi-tasking and effecient! I come here for their Live Scans services and every time it's a joy. T. L., the lady who helps me is super nice and makes the visit here pleasant, really cares for her customers. She goes above an beyond, writing down numbers you need to keep track of packages and other numbers needed when shipping company's deny assisting you for lack of other numbers besides the standard tracking number.
