Flawless started in Athens Georgia as a small beauty concierge and a meeting space for bridal clients and has evolved into a full scale salon. While weddings are no longer our sole focus, we aim to maintain that dedicated, intimate level of service by developing relationships with clients and helping them be their most beautiful, confident self.

Lauren has been my wife’s stylist for a decade and she started cutting my hair a couple of years ago. It’s always a pleasure to see her and she is a natural people-person. Her salon is clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home from my first visit. She puts time and attention into each visit, and I’ve never left with a bad haircut.

Lauren is the kind of stylist you will follow anywhere. Now that she’s the owner of her own salon, it’s as great as she is. She’s brilliant with my thick, difficult hair and always has great suggestions for flattering cuts and color that I can maintain myself. The salon feels safe and clean with all the proper safety measures in place to help prevent the spread of COVID. Highly recommend.

Before in the red sweater and after in the gray sweater. I booked an appointment with one of their senior stylists to blend my grown out bangs and trim my hair after not seeing a stylist for a year! Leslie did a great job. She listened and answered all my questions. My hair looks great and she made it look effortless!

My wife and I love this place! Leslie is one of the best when it comes to color and highlights for my wife. They are great for Men’s cuts and typically, I can get an appointment a few days in advance. A great (unpretentious) salon that doesn’t try to fool you with smoke and mirrors or pretend to be something they are not. The entire staff is experienced and the only place I trust to cut my hair. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I'm pretty particular about who touches my hair, so when I moved to Athens 2 months ago and needed a new hairdresser I was super nervous. Leslie did EXACTLY what I wanted and even exceeded my expectations! Color can be super scary, as some people don't fully understand what it is you want AND/OR they don't know what they're doing. Leslie knew exactly what my vision was and did an incredible job. Plus, she was really fun to talk to during the appointment. The scheduling was super easy and convenient. I think I just found my new place for all my hair needs!

Absolutely LOVE this salon and now that Lauren is running the place, I give it my the highest recommendation! Lauren has an art background which really shows in how she cuts, styles, and colors hair. In fact, Lauren is the reason I finally gave up traveling to my hometown for haircuts. She truly listens to her clients and wants to ensure you have the best experience possible.
