Every Home caregiver is an employee of our agency. As such, we perform a criminal history background clearance on each caregiver, and cover each of them with general liability insurance and worker's compensation insurance. Our goal is to establish a long-term match between client and caregiver and to keep the same caregiver with a client as long as the client is satisfied.
