My wife and I have been with Bill Reardon for years now, they always have a personal touch. There is nothing like being able to call someone with anything from car and home insurance and even financing and being able to talk with someone familiar. Chase is super friendly and a great asset to the company as well, it’s rare to find this in business anymore with the way everyone is short staffed and stressed. I unfortunately ran into a problem with my automatic withdrawal that lead me into default on my policy. When I made contact with the office I was able to speak with Chase who was such a big help. He was able to reinstate my policy as well as provided me with more optional discounts that could help me lower my monthly rate and save me even more money. I have been with State Farm, specifically this office for many years, and I have been astounded by the customer service and reliability they have provided. I would never recommend anyone to a StateFarm or this agency in town. They are a team of liars. Many times I attempted to get into contact with their agent Tyler, never got any calls back until the following day because he would avoid me. First month of my policy was set price. They misquoted me and each month they charged more for insurance. Then… my bill was $100 more than originally stated, they refused to refund the extra $100 taken from my account. Unprofessional, unreliable, greedy and liars. I switched to StateFarm from Progressive after being promised better coverage instead I departed

Our home had a flood (Dec. 26,2012), we reported ASAP. They came out within a day after leak had been found and repaired. Terrific group , packed up everything and kept in locked Pod with humidifier! Floors, cabinets, appliances, everything on wood floors had to be removed. State Farm provided a suite in a terrific hotel for our family, until construction was complete. It is not fun having a disaster in your home, BUT knowing State Farm...Bill Reardon's staff was behind us the entire way! State Farm is #1 for us!
