Joe Morera was super professional and handled the sale of our home! We had hit a snag with the company that we were purchasing our new house from and he kept us up to date on any information that he had been receiving and was very courteous throughout the whole process! Quick with responses and very helpful through everything! I highly recommend using Talon Title services for any of your needs!

Not impressed with this title company. At the closing they were having issues with their copy machine so they couldn't give me any copies of the purchase of the house. Was advised they would get it out. After a week I called up and was advised they were still having issues with the copy machine and would be sending it out. The next week still no documents so I email the agent and no response so I have to get my realtor involved to see whats going on. Once my realtor calls he gets attitude and says it was already emailed out. Then they final email me back after my realtor calls and say package is

These guys killed it. I have worked with a myriad of title companies in the Bay Area and have worked in one myself. Talon was exceptional in streamlining the real estate sales process. They communicated effectively with my buyer and his vendors and kept up on everyone to ensure that we would meet our closing date on time. Of course we closed on time and now my buyer is one happy camper in his new home. Thanks for your hard work guys

Joe Morera and Talon Title are just a great agent & company to work with in handling closings. He's handled 4 or 5 short sales over the past year (more recently one in early March and another one at the end of the month). And these are complex and difficult deals to work on, where buyers get super anxious, or sellers can lose their patience with a short sale process, but the ones I've been involved with at Talon, always close and go as smoothly as possible, and most importantly: They closed on time, at reasonable costs and no surprises.

I wanted to say thank you for choosing a great company to work with such as Talon Title. I also feel like I was treated great by Joe Morera and his staff at the time of closing, very pleasant staff make sure that you leave the office understanding everything that just took place and they will dedicate their entire attention to you from start to finish and explain everything in full detail to you step by step as the process takes place and they make sure that all of your questions are answered before you leave that office. Everyone made my experience so pleasant that I will definitely use them again

My husband and I recently closed on our first home which should have been an exciting time for us... However Talon Title has made is less than desirable. A month after closing I received a letter from our home owners insurance company stating they would be cancelling our policy due to non payment (this was paid at closing) I contacted our lender and they told us Talon Title should have sent a check out. I tried contacting our agent at Talon she would not return a call. I then resorted to emailing and again got no response. After 3 days I was able to get ahold of someone at the office who then transferred
