Benefit Title Services, LLC and Robert Young III team was amazing. We didn’t think the lender would get Robert the documents he needed in time to close. Robert received the documents from the lender the same day of the scheduled closing, and within an hour we were able to close on time. Robert went through all the aspects of the loan and explained it in simple terms to my clients. I would highly recommend Benefit Title Services to handle your real estate closing.

Rob, Susan and the team were very responsive and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question, I could email, call or pop into the office and was taken care of. Our house sold and the closing was bumped up - it wasn’t a problem. The house we were buying was delayed - no worries. This team rolls with it all. Benefit Title has handled multiple closings for us over the years. Personally, I think of the Closing itself as the finish line in the closing process. Not only do we appreciate Rob at Benefit Title for all his work one the details throughout the process, but also for personally handling the closing. I just wrapped up a refi with Rob Young and his team working as my title company. I don't do this very often so I'm not that familiar with the process. Rob understood that and was very clear in his communication, directed me on his part of the process, anticipated my questions and had answers on the ready. It really couldn't have been a smoother process. I have used this title service twice and both times their professionalism, accuracy, knowledge and courtesy surpassed my expectations. The last transaction was complicated d/t the COVID-19 shutdowns days before closing. Our seller was in another country and US embassies were closed to carry out our needs. Within a few days Doug was able to find a solution, set everything up and our closing went smoothly. Client for life.
