This place is so clean from out and Inside .Recently renovated room, Very comfort Great room - stayed here in & out multiple visits during covid. The manager was helping with all question clean with his surroundings and rooms were very clean. It was located in a convenient location to grab any necessities.I will love to stay this place in future and recommend to other friend and family

I liked the older Motel, quiet, it felt safe and clean in and out of the motel looks older from out But its very clean out site and In site very clean . Staff are very friendly and helping with what we look. Price also a very affordable compare to other. Next time if I have come Mountain view I give first preference to stay with this place and I will tell other to see this

This is the place to stay if you are looking for clean & comforting rooms with lovely staff and amazing services. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you plan to visit Mountain View.Its recently renovated room and very pleasant for staying . A great stay is always remembered, Budget Motel! We had stayed there for a couple of times when we visited the bay area. Easy to commute and feels nice to have good neighborhoods around. The property has been managed very well with beautiful roses around. The owners take personal attention to check all the rooms for cleanliness (which we saw during our stay) and the staff is friendly too. The prices when compared to other places are less. We are planning to go there once again this summer due to reduced Covid restrictions. There is no doubt that Budget motel has been a better place to stay within

I have always stayed in Budget motel for my business trips and with family during 2019. It has access to nearby downtown and park just a few minutes walk. The rooms were always clean and now the newly renovated rooms are great. A good WiFi as well as basic amenities inside the rooms. The management team is helpful and friendly. A good motel with lesser rates rather than going for highly priced one.

This hotel is one of the worst I've ever been in. Couldn't park in the parking lot and you paid for the room!!! The owner refused to let us park, we had to park on busy El Camino Real. Not cool at all. The room was super tiny, with a microwave from 1965. Water was cold and shower didn't work. I'll avoid this place at all costs. Ghetto ghetto ghetto, the hood is better than this dump

This is the worst motel in the whole entire world. Please sleep in your car. They kicked me out today because I had "too much stuff" They are so rude. The owner/manager is so rude. He doesn't care about anything but trying to make any excuse to charge your credit card for "damages" DONT GIVE THIS MOTEL ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE THE WORST & THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING!!

Great motel! Room was very, very comfortable, and Bob the owner was very friendly and nice. A real deal, easy parking in the lot too. Good wi-fi as well, nice TV with SDTV. Great location too, right by Castro Street. Best of all, it was an old-fashioned motor court, which I don't think I've stayed in since I was a kid. Would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it!

When I needed a place to stay for a few nights I chose Budget Motel because it was the cheapest option in the area by a significant margin. In contrast with some of the other reviews on this site, my experience at Budget Motel was positive overall. The bedding and linens seemed clean, the place was quiet, and my interactions with the staff were cordial. I also appreciated the protected parking spots and the close proximity to downtown Mountain View. I gave Budget Motel four stars based on its performance relative to other cheap motels. I subtracted one star because there was a bit of a urine-y

Do not trust this business!!! Very scary experience! We booked our room a week prior. Even called the same day to remind the office we would be arriving late in the evening. When we went to check in the manager not only sold the room out from under us but starting yelling profanity at me. If you have children heed my warning stay away from this hotel hell.

Wow this motel is from hell. We where quoted for two beds at 129 and then when we get there it's one bed for 149. We expressed that we where unhappy with the price increase since where quoted a lower price when we called. Then the angry man calls us and feels that we should apologize for expressing our feeling that we where lied too.
This man called the police us because he thought my mom was not Disabled when we parked in the disabled spot. The cop came and proved our papers are right and she was disabled yet the man didn't like that he was wrong so we exercised his right refuse service

I had a very bad experience from this hotel. I got a non smoking room which seems not cleaned. The bedsheets were having blood stains. I complained to the front desk but the front desk guy was so rude and was blaming me saying that I was telling lie even though I showed them the bed sheet with blood stains. So stay away from this hotel as it doesnt worth it even for free.

As you can imagine from the motel's name; if it's a luxury experience you're looking for, you won't find it here. But if you are looking for a good room for a budget price....this is it! First of all ; it's cute; it has a "california trailer court" vibe from the outside. Freshly painted, it is inviting, with a parking place just feet from the door so i could unload easily. The price is the lowest i could find in the area, a nearby so called "budget" chain had a room for twice the price i paid at Budget (i paid $110/night), next cheapest in the neighborhood

We arrived this motel around midnight because we just needed a room for 6-7 hrs to sleep and leave. There was nobody behind the front desk when we came in. Then, a lady showed up but I wish she stayed there and never encountered us. She was extremely rude to my girlfriend. More than that, man, you can't bear that smell. If you are used to live around junks, it'd be ok. I tried to not react but she continued to be rude when she was trying to slide my card down. I said I changed my mind and would not stay there. Please read these reviews. I had to make a quick reservation for my parents who wanted to stick to a budget. A quick look online and then a phone call pointed to the Budget Motel. I called to get a quote for three days. $139 per night. This was enough to send the phone number to mom and have her ask a few more questions. The lady said that the room available had only one full size bed. Hmmn, a little small for two people but if a two bed room would come available she would save it. My mother asked if there would be a difference in price and was told it would be the same $139.

Wow, after reading all the 1 Star yelp reviews I decided to give this place a benefit of a doubt and boy did I make a huge mistake when I showed up. I didnt even see the room and the first thing I was greeted with is a huge dis respect. This place needs to close down period. I am the last person to give a negative review.

Recently I stayed at this Motel for an evening until my apt was ready.
The woman at the front desk wasn't incredibly accommodating, but the price and availability was right.
$70/night for two hard beds and slightly scratchy sheets.
It wasn't the worst, but I have stayed in nicer hostels. If you are definitely on a budget, this may be up your alley.
Seedy outside with a passable interior.

My good friend stayed here for a few nights. It was recommended by his potential employer. WHAT? Could they have recommended some place better? It's Mountain View. There are places that are way better than the Budget Motel.
We ended up calling this place the "fabulous" hotel, just for jokes. The rooms were tiny. You could walk from one end of the room to the other in about ten steps with a few twists of the body to avoid banging into the bed or tv stand, or wall. In order to sit on the one chair in the room, you would have to back into it and twist your body to avoid cracking
