Boston Luxe Real Estate, LLC. was founded in July of 2010. At the time, our idea was simple enough: we wanted to bring best practices and technology to an industry that was starving for both. What started as a simple idea has become a quest to redevelop the real estate industry.

The description of the 5-star rating says it all... As good as it gets! And yes the following review is extremely long but taking time to write this review is the least my fiancée and I can do for the amazing service we received from Boston Luxe.

If you're looking for an apartment in Boston, I'd recommend anything but Boston Luxe.
When a broker can't even get back to you to schedule a time to view apartments, or doesn't have the decency to let you know, in advance, that certain pre-determined times - after you have already altered your own schedule to accommodate - don't work, and then fails to let you know what times do work, it makes you think twice about working with them.
Seriously, you're better off elsewhere with apartment brokers who actually keep in touch and get back to you.

Annmarie is without a doubt the best agent I've had the pleasure of working with. She was, from the start, extremely responsive, reliable, and patient and this carried all the way through. She has an ability to not only synthesize all of the requirements I listed, but also to understand the essence of what I really wanted (something you can't really describe or list out). The apartment she found for me was something I probably would have never considered looking at on my own, but somehow she knew it was perfect for me and she was right! I highly recommend Boston Luxe and especially Annmarie!

I only interacted with agent Daniel O'Leary, so this review is more of a reflection of my experiences with him than with the company.
I'm not a fan of Boston real estate--to say the least. The fast pace, ridiculous fees, and unprofessional agents just aren't my thing. Daniel was one of the many (many) agents I contacted while looking for an apartment this spring. I should preface the next bit by saying that I had already met 2 agents from other companies who were unhelpful and/or incredibly unprofessional (e.g. cussing, wearing jeans, showing up late). In his initial e-mail to me

Nicole Blanchard made finding an apartment absolutely seamless! After meeting with a few pushy brokers who just wanted to close a sale, I found Nicole through a Craigslist post. She was promptly responsive, friendly, and really took the time to listen to what it was that I wanted out of my living situation. I was moving out from the west coast and only in town for a couple of days, so she graciously worked around my tight schedule. It is because of her that I found my wonderful apartment and I am so so happy. I highly recommend Nicole!

As an update to all you yelpers, I just noticed this post and found it funny as everyone else did.
This statement is false as I was asked what would make me happy by the realty company. My response was that I'd be content with a refund of their portion of the realty fee. I paid $2k+ in fees and got sub-par service. Their response was: "we've already paid our commissions, sorry". Regardless of what the outcome was, I was still giving Boston Luxe a 1 star rating.

I worked with Ben Resnicow to find an apartment in the greater Boston area. He was fantastic - letting me know any time there was anything available that matched my criteria, encouraging me to consider different areas and locations, and was so accommodating with my multiple email and phone requests. He basically hooked me up with an amazing apartment while I was traveling out of town for work - went to the unit, took videos, sent them to me for my review, worked closely with the property manager to convince them to hold the place off the market for me until I could get back to town, and then

My partner and I were looking for an apartment in Boston. Our agent, Nicole Blanchard, was incredible every step of the way. She was such an attentive, helpful, straight-forward, and charismatic person to work with. We were so impressed by how quickly she responded to our calls/emails. I've been working with Maxwell Burke, Co-owner of Boston Luxe Real Estate, since December 2011.
Maxwell has been the most reliable, efficient and knowledgeable agent I have ever come across. No matter how difficult my situation or how picky of a buyer I tend to be, Maxwell was with me every step of the way.
In December 2011 Maxwell showed me a Boston Redevelopment Authority (BRA) unit in the South End. I decided to make an offer on the unit, and what ensued was nothing short of a disaster (this was due entirely because of the BRA and NOT in any part due to Boston Luxe Real Estate).
