Would have given 0 if that was possible. I had a horrible move in experience. They have so many unsaid weird rules that make living in the rather nice building difficult. They don't allow moving in on sundays, I didn't know that, the guard was extremely rude and threatened to call police if I didn't move my truck. He was so rude and yelling at us as if we committed a crime. The building management supported him by saying "he's working on a holiday so his behavior is justified".
