The rooms are clean and well updated with new flooring and light fixtures... and the bathroom was completely updated and everything work.. compared to when I was here last year... the price has changed a little , but It’s still affordable for me... the wifi worked great in my room as well... the stuff is so helpful that I was having trouble with my tv, so I called them and told them and in few mins there was people to fix it for me...

Depending on the room, certain things won't work or bad smell, dirty. Management is understanding and will move you. Cheapest in bay City and close to Saginaw. People here will let you alone. They won't call the cops on you or kick you out, for the most part. It's not great but give three stars. It's a place to be safe at when you got no where to go.
