We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Grant, Jes, Leigh Ann, and the entire team at Symple Loans. We sold our house in Aurora, CO and our goal was to close on a home in Denver within 30 days... They were able to make what seemed impossible (at least in this hot Denver market), look like a piece of cake. This included taking our calls and answering our emails sometimes after hours and on weekends. It is evident that they are passionate and really enjoy helping others. We spoke with a few different lenders before deciding on Jake Martin.
