My niece and I contracted with this outfit after the death of my sister. Dealing with them initially was fine, providing all the pertinant information to get paperwork to the cremation society for the death certificate, along with payment. Asked to be contacted when everything was completed so that we could pick up her cremains.
We waited over two weeks from that point knowing that it takes time to finalize paperwork from various entities involving the doctor and county approval for cremation, etc.

My father passed away and it was my first time needing to make final arrangements for anyone. Thanks to Richard I had all the information and proper expectations needed to make the right decisions. I used A Direct Cremations for my Mother a few years ago and recently for my Husband. Both experiences were handled in a very professional and caring manner. They closed their office in The Villages, so my Husband's cremains were delivered by a company representative right to my home along with the death certificates I ordered in just over a week from him passing. Their fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend their services.

When dealing with a death, especially of your child, you don't know where to turn. I am so happy that Richard answered the phone. He is the kindest man and made me feel comfortable in my decisions that were tough to make. Richard always responds in minutes, and was there to walk me through this tough road especially being 600 miles from where my son lived. Thank you Richard!
