Alpha Environmental Services provides a wide range of septic services in Deltona, Debary, Sanford, Orange city and Florida including installations, repairs, maintenance, pumping and restoration of residential, commercial and municipal septic systems. Septic tank systems are needed in many Cenral Florida homes and businesses.
Septic tanks are usually located about 7 ft from the house wall where the largest vent pipe on the roof of the house is. There is usually a cap on the ground next to the wall (which may or may not be buried in some cases), this cap is an opening where your septic company technician can run a drain opener through the pipes to clear any pipeline clogs (it is not a place to pump out a septic tank).

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE PETS
I was in my backyard when Dave from Alpha pulled up. My dogs naturally started to bark when the truck pulled up and I went thru my gate to meet Dave. After saying hello to Dave, he immediately responded with; "if your dogs come near me I will defend myself". At first I thought he was kidding, because both of my dogs where behind a 6' PVC fence and were no longer barking. But he then proceeded to tell me that my dogs were viscously barking at him when he pulled up and if he had to he would defend himself. I told him my dogs were doing their job, by barking

I called Alpha for a routine septic tank pump out. David, the tech was great. He took extra care not to damage my 57 year old tank. Service was fast, thorough, and efficient. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I would certainly recommend Alpha if you need septic work. All around a great experience.

David was awesome! Alpha Septic was fair on price, gave me a same day appt., and dropped some major knowledge on me concerning future caretaking of our septic system. He involved me on multiple steps throughout the process and explained the system answering any and all questions I had! I will definitely use again if any other septic issues come up! Thanks Guys!

We called them to get an estimate. The Owner was rude upon arrival. He mentioned over the phone prior to coming out, that they wanted a 50% deposit which seemed odd. Being a contractor as well this didn't make sense so I started to look into this company. He wanted $1800 up front without doing anything. Upon further review he claims to have been in business since 1996 but the name has changed several times. He only has reported 3 annual reports according to Sunbiz in 24 years. I questioned him about his insurance and annual reports (basic business questions). He got real rude and said "

Very disappointed with company. Had schedule to have septic tank pumped out. Explained to driver we had a hidden driveway and the truck would fit. Driver walked down driveway and then advised he would not come down driveway due to he may scratch the mirrors on the palm prawns. No disrespect BUT 1st it's a truck 2nd it's a sewer truck it Carrys raw sewage and your worried about a possible scratch on your mirror. Very disappointed and will not call or recommend company ever. Unsatisfied non customer

My mother called another company that was supposed to show up between 8 and 9 this morning and never did or called. Called this company and spoke with Sharon and is the nicest sweetest and very helpful person. Asked if someone could out today and she had David at my mom's house with in the hour. Highly recommend this company to everyone. David explained everything step by step and explained what to us after the pumpout.
