Highly recommend and will be using again!
We needed a pump out of our septic and decided to go with a different company this time. I called McDowell Septic and John came out the next day (as requested). He was such a nice guy, very helpful and informative. We were told 5 years ago by another company, who performed the last pump out, that we were getting close to needing a whole new drain field. Our house was only 5 years old at that time and after speaking to John, he let us know that we were fine and everything looked good. I love that he was very prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and didn't try

They came right out the same day that I called. They were punctual, and did a great job. They will be on my shortlist in the future.
