Seems to always clean my vehicle very well. I like that your monthly membership includes as many washes as you want. Their is no limit. I think it is a very good value!

There are far better, cheaper options with the opening of the new carwash by BJ's. I wanted to be a fan of this carwash since it opened, but many times I go there, it is closed (e.g. at 11 am on Dec 24, 2021). Then when I was able to use it and paid for the interior clean, it took 45-60 minutes for them to complete. This happens several times over the years and pre-COVID, so they can't blame it on that. I just think it is poorly managed.

I used to be a loyal customer here until lately. Even after they raised their prices I still went because they used to take pride in their work. Not anymore. Last 4 times paying for the 49.00 detail services, I will not go back. I understand that it’s a fast detail service but putting floor mats back in still soaking wet and when they dry they have just as much dirt on them meaning they don’t even wash them. In addition, barely vacuumed the rear seat and floor and didn’t wipe it down. The new employees there could obviously use some training instead of the manager walking around worrying

I drive a range rover & a masarati. i’ve come here twice. i’m a child. my mom just died. she was young, healthy, and it was shocking to us. her birthday just passed, i’m here in PA for college. i had a road trip with my husky to her grave and celebration. my husky and people were in & out of my car. i came here for a car wash. it’s difficult to go back to everyday life after something like that. it took me a few days to be able to get up and finally get out for a clean. while i was sitting in front of my car, a woman- whom i’m assuming is the manager- rudely overreacted to the fur in

This is the 1st time I use this Service. I am not very happy about the quality of the work that was done. I understand that this is not a complete detailing service but I did pay $49 to have the inside of my car cleaned and needless to say there was still dirt in the middle console and also on the sides of the interior of the interior of my car. There were spots that were not even touched at all. I really am not sure if I'll be back. This was extremely disappointing. I definitley wasted my money.

The crew did an outstanding job removing all the sawdust from my Ram TRX! I’m a chainsaw carver and I felt bad bringing such a dirty vehicle. They exceeded my expectations and I’ll definitely be back 🙂

People need to understand that this is a fast detailing service nothing is going to be perfect just get the basics done. They are understaffed at the moment don’t blame them for that. They do there best when they get busy and try to get you in and out as soon as possible, it’s not fair to them for grown adults to act like children and talk behind there backs and calling them names because they told you the wait is going to be longer or because they couldn’t get to your car right away. I have been a monthly membership holder for three or four years and have seen many issues over time with the quality of service and customer service at the York 30 location. Here are just a few of the issues I have noticed over time.
1. The attendants don’t pre wipe the car with the brushes when you enter the wash. Not really sure why they are paying them to stand there except for to wave you in.
2. Many times the the auto calibration on the drying machine is off and it spins and doesn’t touch your front window or hood. Usually I just go back in another time to fix this it does the same thing

I am ALWAYS so amazed how clean my car is inside and out ! NEVER a rushed job..my car ALWAYS looks brand new and smells so good each and every time !

I got the car detailing g done. They really vacuumed and cleaned my car good. Waiting room is nice. You can see the cars coming in to get their car washed from the waiting room.

I’m extremely unsatisfied with their customer service. They do not take accountability for damages that their car wash may do to your vehicle. I would completely avoid this car wash not just for the potential damage they can do to you vehicle, but also for their overall quality of service. It always seems their car wash is never fully operational (i.e. inadequate soap or nonfunctional sections) or there are ridiculously large lines. A car wash here is just not worth it, especially with the prices they are asking for their service. Overall, they need to significantly improve their customer service

Very rude employees. I gave a friendly heads up that vacuum 1 through 7 wasn't working and one of the girls got an attitude "We know!!"

They are always doing maintenance on the machine.. went there today at 1030 and closed., I asked the worker to turn on vacuum and he said they are on. Yes but only 3 only 2
