We have a monthly car wash membership. The last few times I've been through, the staff must kind of went through the motions.
But today we had Ben help us. He went above and beyond, scrubbing off every last bit of dirt and oil from the hubcaps (which stain terribly on Volvos). Took his time, did an AMAZING job.
I didn't have cash to tip him, but I wish I did! We will continue our membership as long as you keep hiring amazing, hardworking employees like him!

Very Disappointed. Paid for the top drive through car wash. When completed it missed the front of my car completely. So told one of the workers and he said “NOT AGAIN”. Maybe you can go though again but let me check with the manager. The manager just said “NO I can’t do anything about it. Not even I’m sorry. Will never go back there again…..
