Traditional silk-screen printing is a very popular process. It involves "color separating" graphics and producing silk-screen stencils using the information from each color separation. Each color in the design will have its own designated screen. This means that a 1 color graphic would require just one screen for its single ink color, while a five color graphic would require five screens for each of the five colors being printed.
Private label clothing, or branded apparel, is our specialty. Generally, this involves the use of fashion-forward or high-end garments, specialized printing techniques, and custom labeling/relabeling. Private label apparel is almost always branded officially by means of a custom inside neck print or woven label installation.
Direct-to-garment, or DTG, digital printing is a state of the art apparel printing process that's great for short runs, highly color-complex designs, or even photographic images. Using a cyan, yellow, magenta, and black (CYMK) color palette, digital garment printers are capable of producing thousands of colors with a single pass of the print head.

With a name like one-off apparel, one might think they specialize in small orders. I was told they really only do runs of 36-10000 units, and that they really weren’t interested in my smaller order of 9 shirts.

Reached out to OOA to get shirts made for Christmas gifts and they absolutely crushed it. Very high quality, speedy, and reasonably priced. From start to finish they handled my (small) order with the same care and attention to detail as any of their much larger accounts and I was thrilled with the result. After helping me win the holidays, I went back and ordered shirts for my business and they completely exceeded our expectations again. In the past I've used quick and well known custom apparel online companies for my business clothing. The products arrive quickly but are very cheaply made.
