Services
With more than eighteen years of experience in the legal profession, we have had the privilege of serving the greater Wichita and El Dorado areas with integrity and confidence. It brings us great joy to see our clients liberated through the application of justice. Our nation's judicial system was founded on the principle that justice should be carried out equally to all men, regardless of race, origin, or sex.
The Adoption or stepparent adoption process is a very rewarding commitment for you or your future child. However, the adoption process is often very complex and can be a very frustrating legal process for both parents and the families involved. That is why it is imperative that you retain an attorney experienced in adoption law who will also listen to your concerns.
For the millions of blended households across the U.S., stepparent adoption can offer a way of uniting families in a legal manner. Stepparent adoptions are the most common form of adoption both in Kansas and nationally. While a stepparent adoption can be the perfect choice for uniting you and your stepchild, it will not be the right choice for every family.
Putting your baby up for adoption is one of the most difficult decisions you will ever make. It is a loving, self-less decision that requires you put the needs and best interests of your child above your own wants and desires. If you are pregnant and considering placing your child up for adoption to a loving home, we wish to help you along this valiant journey.
If you are a parent, the well-being of your children is likely one of your top concerns regarding your divorce. Even if you have read the research and know that children with divorced parents fare no better and no worse than kids whose parents are not divorced, it can be difficult to remember that if you notice or think that you see that your divorce is affecting your child in some way.

He was affordable and helpful. He also made you feel comfortable talking to him and he explained the situation to where we understood without making us feel stupid.

I would NOT recommend this law firm to anyone. First off he is very unprofessional when speaking about my stepdaughter he started cussing at me. He told us to pay the f*g bill. We pay for everything for my stepdaughter including extra curricular activities. I did not appreciate him cussing at me at all.
Secondly, in court he was terrible. He couldn't get anything out and he was stuttering. I was very displeased with that. It was embarrassing to watch his representation.
Lastly, apparently their billing ladies had quit making them months behind. Its been months down the road from ending the custody

Around 2006 my adult son asked if I would help him retain a lawyer. I reluctantly agreed. I was
fighting Pancreatic Cancer and taking huge amounts of painkillers. We were from out of state
and found Thomas McDowell online. He charged my son $1750 to get started. We drove 14 hours to Wichita. McDowell then asked for another $2000. In his office I signed a paper I thought meant we had
retained his services and I was through. The opposing Attorney charged $3200. I had already paid $3750.
McDowell then said I owed another $5000. For almost $9000 we received a 5 hour pizza visit with my
