What is Creative Life Coaching? To understand Creative Life Coaching, let's define creativity. Creativity is the innate faculty of the human being to actively respond to the needs of the moment.
I guess there's a little Forrest Gump in me, because I think of life as an orange: the most important thing is to squeeze as much juice out of it as possible. And let's not just get the juice, let's lick the pits before we spit them out. Lets catch the pulp in our teeth, and grate the zest into our salad.
The purpose is to bring the client into truthful and harmonious alignment, understanding, and appreciation of who they are. Coming to know one's unique personal characteristics, talents, and values, amazingly opens the doors to self-expression in every aspect of life. A good deal of self-image actually comes from external voices and childhood experiences.
Through intuition, sensitivity, and perception Adriana brings out the writer within. She guides students to explore and express their own wisdom, gifts, and talents through the writing process.
