Ken has over a decade experience with Yamaha, Suzuki, Kawasaki, Honda, BMW, Harley Davidson, and KTM products, working at, Greater Boston Motorsports, Cycles 128, Parkway Cycle, Plaistow Powersports, and Naults Powersports. We had been trying to get him here for a long, long time, and in February of 2009, he finally joined the family.

Looked everywhere to find a Tenere 700 including a few dealerships I had worked with in the past. Called these guys and said they had one in stock that just arrived. Left a deposit immediately on the phone. I showed up later that day and the bike was prepped, cleaned and waiting for me. Wonderful experience! I am a new loyal customer!

Great staff and very good prices! Went to browse helmet selections since almost everyone is sold out or only has one or rei brands. Went in and the staff was super helpful and had a good selection of helmets for both street, dual sport/ adventure, and off road. Decided to buy a helmet that day. Went home and was reading more up on the helmet and I noticed that they are actually cheaper than what I was seeing online! Even if they were $20 more their is nothing like being able to truly try a helmet on and get assistants from a staff.

I looked at the reviews and saw that some were quite bad but i thought that since I only needed to buy a part, it shouldn’t be a big deal. They give it to me “guaranteed to work” and it was too big. I even brought my own broken part in so that they can be able to see what I needed. Don’t go here, waste of your time and money.

They are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell. They were extremely helpful to my wife who went in to purchase a helmet. They were way under the competitions price and took the time to make sure she was happy. I highly recommend Derry Cycle. No pressure to make a sale just good people and family owned atmosphere.

I went in there today and got what I needed, and the customer service was pleasant. However there were 4-5 employees around the showroom I saw, and not one of them had a mask on when I came in! I'm so frustrated that there are still businesses out there who aren't taking the life-threatening pandemic more seriously; it's discomforting to be in a space like that and I won't be back before the pandemic is over.

Your light staff on Sunday? You had a person there for a $25.00 sticker and treated me like I was a bother trying to continue to do business with you. The only person missing from your staff that day was the finance guy. Otherwise, it's always been you, the two older folks, and sometimes the finance

Went to see a motorcycle. He said he would figure out the payment. He called me Friday said Congratulations your approved. I said ok when can we come in and sign? He said Saturday 10 am. I said great. I assumed I would sign and drive, that's usually how it works. I got there he said oh no, you sign and we will set up appointment in a week for you to pick up the bike. I will send to the bank for approval. I said you gave me a payment and said Congratulations. How do you do that if the bank hasn't approved the loan? He said oh no it is pending. I said how did you tell me I'm approved

Derry Cycle said our child's 200 cc blaster needed motor rebuilt...$640....they did the work ...1 week later-6 hours of riding and the motor blew...they said no warranties...brought to another mechanic he said the did not properly seed the ring...Derry offered no discount or explanation...rude....front lady tried to stop us from explaining to a rep...prior to that she had tried to sell my 13 yr old a helmet that was to small saying it would stretch out! Please if you need mechanical work done go anywhere else...this is not ethical business practice...you have been warned

I am sad to write thie review. I've used Derry Cycle for years, repairing things on my kid's Honda dirtbikes. I called ahead to have my kid's Honda Odyssey worked on (the buggy, not the car) - it needs tires and a pull cord for the starter, since it broke off. Easy fixes, they said on the phone. I get there, no one from service is there and the "manager" says they wouldn't work on it anyway, take it to a Honda dealer.
Thanks for wasting my time. So dissapointing, since they were so awesome maintaining my kid's dirtbikes for years.

Forgot to inspect my Raider, and Derry was closer to my house than Mom's where we purchased the 2015 Raider. Stopped in the 1st day to see if they could do one, and was told I was 2 minutes too late to get it done. Come back tomorrow. I asked if they had stickers, since EVO had told me they were out. "Of course, just come by tomorrow by 6"

I bought a used 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1300 last Fall from DC, easy purchase and financing. I was out the door with the bike in about an hour and the price was right on point. I was lucky to put on about 300 miles on the bike before it got too cold, but I ended up with a fuel ignition problem that also ruined the exhaust pipe. Well it warmed up enough this week to limp the bike into the shop. They had my bike fixed and back to me the next day. Not only back to good running order, but with a new exhaust pipe to boot, all at no charge! They stand behind what they sell and I along with my three sons

Awesome no BS experience. Wanted a Zuma 125 scooter. Called on phone. They ordered the color I wanted no problem while I was on the line. Picked up a week later. Delivery took 30 min with financing included. Rode home happy. Grand total of 40 min invested. Couldn't be happier. Wish buying everything was this easy. See Matt. He's the man.
