I purchased a 2018 Heritage Classic 114 from Monarch Motor Sports.
I live in Massachusetts and rode 40 mins to buy from them as the sale price they had was about $2k lower than the lowest nation wide price.
From sales (Michele) to financing (Maura) everything was very comfortable and friendly.
No big dealers pressure and hassle!
Strongly recommend them if you are in the market for a Harley Davidson!

I would highly recommend Monarch Motorsports if you are looking for an easy, hassle free purchase. Michele is extremely knowledgable, helpful and is very responsive. I live in New York and couldn't get the time off work to come pick up the bike so Michele allowed me to E-Sign everything and do everything via email/phone so that my boyfriend could pick up my bike. She even sent me videos and pictures of the bike to ensure I was happy with everything before I signed the paperwork. Everything was so quick and easy, it was the most straight forward purchase I have ever made. Thanks a million to Michele

I am blown away with the service provided. I worked mainly with Matt over the phone and through email. I am currently deployed overseas and a newer bike was something my wife and I agreed upon for my return home. With a few months remaining on my tour I have been looking around and came across a street glide listed on their website. Every question I had asked was answered to the fullest. Yesterday my wife went in and signed the paperwork for my new bike! They had everything set up for her arrival, started the bike for her and my kids. Extremely friendly and professional staff. 100% hassle free

I searched and search for the perfect bike , stumbled across this dealership on cycle tech , called to ask about a bike I saw and was instantly hooked knew I would buy a bike from them . Michele one of there saleswoman is amazing , felt like we were family , she answered all my questions , always got back to me right away . Sent me pics and videos of the bike . Beautiful bikes , high quality , great prices believe me I had been searching for months !!! My sales person was Michele Doyle was great from start to finish. She called me after I place an app online and made everything so easy. This place is great it’s the second bike my family has bought from them and it will no be the last. Michele is very knowledgeable and so kind and easy to talk to. I just recently purchased a 2017 Kawasaki Vaquero here. The experience was great from the beginning to the purchased process. Matt Handy was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful. I had many questions being an out of state buyer. He was always quick to reply and address any questions I had. When I went to go see the bike, everyone was extremely friendly and made you feel at ease. They are very welcoming and a no pressure zone for sure. Tayla handled all the paperwork when purchasing. She was great and made everything extremely easy for me. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone
