Beloit Auction & Realty is a professional, full-service and full-time real estate, auction, and appraisal company. We are also a Federal Firearms Licensed (FFL) dealer. Richard (Rich) Ranft, CAI, AARE, AMM, GPPA, is a second generation auctioneer with over 40 years experience in the auction industry. Rich is a real estate broker, long-time involved member of the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and Wisconsin Auctioneers Association (WAA), and a court-appointed personal property appraiser.
We are selling two different farmland properties to settle an estate. Lot 1 is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house with 2 car garage on approximately 7 acres with barn, machine shed, and utility shed. Opening bid is $149,000. Lot 2 is the 120 +/- acres next to it of tillable acreage, pasture, and timber which borders the Pecatonica River.
We are looking to hire responsible team players to join the Beloit Auction & Realty, Inc. team. Our movers pack, load, and unload from homes and businesses. Experience working for a moving company is not required but welcome. We offer a work environment that encourages teamwork and provides opportunities for growth.

Don’t bid on the on line auctions unless you preview it first. This is not the first time that I’ve been duped by them. I bid on several items this past week- ( I didn’t preview in person) and I won several items. One of the items that I bid on were a set of (2) antique wooden kitchen items. Picking them up today- I could see that the one item was resin from 5 feet away.So # 1 not an antique- that would make it over 100 years old. # 2- definitely not wood. Then I purchased several antique- hand sewn quilts- I thought that they put someone else’s in my pile because the colors weren’t even

This review is long overdue. I live out of state--a ten hour drive distance--and had to move my mother with dementia closer to me after the death of her husband. Both my husband and I were still working and the intricacies of dealing with a houseful of belongings and sale of the house were overwhelming. When I decided to go with this company in July, signed papers and handed over the keys I knew it was the right thing to do. They estimated the house would go on the market in October. It did. They estimated the auction sales of her properties would be complete around the same time. They were. And

One other tine left items and was just passed over for listing items until I called to get them processed ! Communication is terrible and would not recommend to anybody for selling items here!

I have been going to the Beloit Auction for over 40 yrs, started out with my mom. I've always had a lot of love for Rich his wife and his whole family. I've lost on selling things there also, but that's a chance that I took, because I understand how autions work, so I can't complain.

This is a very professional and knowledgeable group of people who know how to run an auction and get the most for your money. They keep you informed all along the way and know all the techniques to get the best price for your equipment, furnishing, etc. We had a third party appraisal done and we get very good results based on this appraisal. They also help out the buyers and well as working for the sellers. Very impressed. We had over 500 lots, selling everything from an established restaurant and they sold absolutely everything. Would definitely recommend

I would highly recommend Beloit Auction. David and Rich were great to work with from start to finish when cleaning out and selling my mom's furnishings, home and car. They are friendly, professional, helpful and quick to answer questions and emails. The final purchase prices were higher than expected so that was a bonus. Very pleased with our experience!!

I won an item in an online auction that I feel like I got a great deal on. I was extremely satisfied with my experience until I went to pick up my item. The item was exactly as described. While I was paying for my item however I overheard a discussion between two employees. One said to the other, "if they only bid one dollar, I will just bid it up".... whhaaaaat. You are allowed to have employees bid your online auctions up? If I had not heard this conversation I would be giving a full 5 stars. If I was not satisfied with the item I purchased I would have only left 1 star. This in my mind brings

We have been attending Beloit Auctions regularly for over four years and continue to be pleased with their services. We inspect the items we are interested in and estimate market value before bidding. We routinely go home with items that we are very pleased with as they typically have a diverse inventory to choose from. Although I prefer the live auctions, Beloit's online auctions are very easy to work with. We have attended many other auctions in the Wisconsin and Illinois area and Beloit continues to be our favorite. I have read other reviews criticizing that items were sold at too high a price
