Our door vendors include: Amarr, Wayne Dalton, Carriage House Door Company, Ranch House Doors & Clopay. We mainly sell and install LiftMaster/Chamberlain garage door openers, but service all makes and models including Genie & Sears/Craftsman.

Contracted PSS to build a breezeway gate after talking to a number of other vendors in Ventura. As they were recommended to us by a contractor friend, we had high hopes.
The process started off well and seemed to be well managed. However when the first gate arrived it was completely the wrong size and didn't match the signed drawings. PSS said that their vendor had built it wrong and that they would get another one made. After more than 6 weeks a second gate arrived and was also built wrong (too thick to open/close).
Tim at PSS was very apologetic but the 3rd try still took more than 6 weeks

The price was right but the service has much to be desired, I purchased a gate operator that had a defective part, I was told they would send a replacement and when I did not receive it I emailed several times and called a couple times with PSS stating they would look into it and get back to me which they did not, I had to call once more stating I would call the company that manufactured the product to get results and then they said it is being shipped that day, this is two weeks after receiving the defective part and notifying them. We will see if it shows up, there may be more to this story.
