BLOWN AWAY!
My previous doctor had me wait for over 90 minutes past my appointment time.
Dr. Robinson said that my time was important and he was aware of that. He didn't make me wait as other Doctors do as they leave to attend to other patients or schedule another visit. I needed two shoulder injections due to two torn rotator cuff tears and he called the nurse back in and they took care of it right then and there! (I'm not a candidate for surgery because I'm an exotic dancer and it's my busy time of year).
He even helped the nurse prepare the shots and get everything ready.

My elbow was fractured 3months ago and i was waiting for Doctor to see it and around 20-30 days ago i got call from Capital Orthopedics that i have an aponointment on 11/19/2020 at 7am . i was so happy that after so long i got an appointment for my elbow and the Doctor will see it. today 11/19/2020 i left my Work 2 hrs earlier to arrive on time for the appointment but when i arrived to see Dr i couldn't find anyone at the center the main gate/Door of the building was closed and i call the COc office that i am arrived and i have an appointment today at 7am . they said our Center will be open on

Poor front desk service. Please Hire young talented front desk personnel who can take care of patients well. It has been more than a month now by Dec/14/20 that they haven’t processed my MRI request. Typically it takes a month to be approved or disapproved. Plus it takes one month for them to get me doctor’s appointment. For a normal visit it takes 3 months. It’s ridiculous they said they’re backed up for a work of 5 minutes of scanning and faxing. They are not much responsible for patient problems so I won’t recommend this location for you guys.
