Steve was great! From the get-go I could tell that he was genuine. He was very helpful in informing me what my vehicle needed without upselling me like many other shops do. Bavarian Auto House and Steve are AMAZING! My high-schooler son was driving to school yesterday and started getting Engine Overheating alert. I told him to get off the freeway and stop/park the car where he can. After looking on Google maps, I found Bavarian Auto to be the closest shop. Called and spoke with Steve. After asking a few questions, he said to have my son drive the car over to him. His day was fully booked but he graciously offered to look at the car and after diagnosing recommended that since the repair will be covered under warranty, it's best for me to take the car to the dealer

My son was looking for a reliable, trustworthy, honest mechanic and Steve was everything beyond with character as a bonus! He is great at his craft and knows his cars! There's a difference between knowing how to fix cars just to fix cars vs knowing how to fix cars because it's a passion! He truly truly loves what he does. Hands down to this place. Work is efficiently done super fast! He gave my son full diagnosis of the car I bought 2nd hand after being told there is nothing wrong with the car. This place is phenomenal all I gotta say. Fast and great service. I had my thrust arm bushings go out on my 7 series and the dealership claimed that even though i would need to replace parts that are covered under warranty the bushing were not so they wanted me to pay $2000 for some bushings and control arms. Steve came in at almost half the price with the parts coming from the dealership. Would definitely recommend giving him a call first.

I was looking for a local mechanic for the 40k scheduled maintenance on our 2014 VW Beetle R-Type. Communication and follow-up was great, the price was very reasonable (with a discount for paying cash), and the work was done on-time and with no surprises. What more can you ask for? Took my wife's mercedes in for a B service.
Saved about $200 from dealership quotes. Steve the owner was real down to earth guy. Straight shooter no bs guy. After he finished on my car he took the time to explain to me the quality of all the parts etc that were replaced. He knew was he was talking about and was passionate about his work.
Will be returning for all my future maintenance needs .

Took my bmw m240i in the other day for a oil change and coolant refill. Steve was extremely friendly, fast and efficient. I legit think it was the fastest oil change I've ever had! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, and I know I'll be taking my car in here the next time I need anything done. Thanks steve!

WoW needed a BMW battery replaced ASAP called all my local 5-star shops and nobody could do it right away. Steve replied quickly and I was really impressed with his honesty, he texted me with updates and within 2 hours my car was done. He also showed me the old battery and specifically showed me the dates on it. If only all mechanics were this honest. I have a few BMWs I'll be bringing by for regular service. Initially picked up a 2005 Z4 with the service engine light on and needed some minor repairs. Due to convenience factor I took it to couple of local indy BMW shops around my house and noone would even take a look at the car with some sort of diagnostic fee of $75 or $100 bucks or like my car got COVID 19 or some%$#@.
I end up calling Steve and not just he was nice enough to talk/explain things to me, he asked me to drive the car over... so he can OBD it and find out what's going on with no charge. He even assisted me in passing smog and helped repair thermostat, replaced a belt and typical

I contacted Steve to let him know the issue I was having with my Mercedes C250 and he took my information and contacted me with a quote. Everything he said he was going to do he did and the price he quoted didn't change. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what he would be doing. Uses all original parts. Great price, great work and a good and honest guy.
